Welcome to Front Row, a spacious and dog-friendly beachfront getaway located in Galveston’s Sea Isle subdivision. With 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and over 2,500 square feet of bright, coastal living space, this two-story retreat sleeps up to 15 guests and even welcomes your furry companions. Set right on the beach, Front Row lives up to its name with incredible Gulf views from almost every room.

Soak in the salty breeze and sunshine from the expansive deck—perfect for morning coffee, family dinners, or just watching the waves roll in. A picnic table on the deck makes outdoor meals a breeze, while a private outdoor shower downstairs helps you rinse off the sand before heading inside. Inside, the main level features an open-concept layout filled with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with extra seating. A spacious dining table brings everyone together, whether it’s for meals or late-night board games.

The first-floor primary suite offers a king bed, private bath, and direct access to the deck. Upstairs, you’ll find four colorful, comfortable bedrooms and a second living area with a TV, DVD player, and queen sleeper sofa—perfect for extra guests or a cozy movie night.

Guests have access to Sea Isle amenities, including a community pool access with pool pass for fee, tennis courts, park, bait shop, convenience store, and restaurant. Planning a larger group trip? Front Row can be rented alongside neighboring homes (The Beach House and The Perky Pelican) for even more space.

The beach house was ideal for our family outing of 8 adults and two young childrenThe house was perfectly outfitted for family cooking and dining and each family had their own room. Everything was very clean and well furnished.It was a 1 minute walk to the beach which was perfect for playing with the young kids. The deck was spacious with lots of seating for enjoying our morning coffee and after dinner drinks with an unobstructed view of the beach. And there was lots of convenient parking.We would definitely go back again for another family outing.

Roomy. Good location. Close to beach away from public access and main road. Comfortable. Clean. Good layout. Enjoyed our stay.Poor wifi speed and capacity. Less than private outdoor shower. The proximity to the beach is outstanding. Just walk right down. The home is beautiful and clean. Kitchen is well stocked. Our party of 14 had plenty of room.

My family stayed here for a weekend (adults, teens, and kids) and it was perfect. We loved being right on the beach, it was easy to pop back and forth all day. The house was comfortable and clean, and management was responsive and quick to address any concerns. I’d love to stay here again!

Perfect Family Spot

We were there for a cheer competition for my daughter but made a family trip out of it because it was also Mother’s Day weekend. It was very clean and there was plenty of space for everyone! The view of the beach/ocean was perfect! The only negative was that the beds were not comfortable. A mattress topper would probably be very helpful.

Almost Perfection

The front row house on the beach was perfect. Two balconies provided gorgeous views of the gulf as did lounging in our beach chairs on the sand. Our family (ages 5-81) built sand castles, dug holes, walked the beach and collected shells, used provided beach toys and sand bikes, hunted ghost crabs with our flashlights at night and went fishing at nearby Galveston Island State Park. We ate most of our meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The house provided many games to play in a cabinet under the main TV in the downstairs living area. The house had just been renovated after Hurricane Berryl. We were the first to stay in it post renovations. The renovations were lovely and the cleanliness was excellent. The hot water was not turned on and a TV was damaged beyond repair, but we made a call and the hot water heater was found in the attic and plugged in. One TV was damaged during renovations and a new TV was delivered. There was no guest book with instructions but a call to management revealed that was destroyed during renovations and all necessary instructions were immediately delivered by text or phone call. The management was very responsive.We hope to come again soon!

Great Family House - Very enjoyable stay

Our experience was exceptional. The house is very modern, clean and nicely appointed. Perfect for our 3 families including 5 kids overall, with the master BR and kitchen downstairs and 4 BR and another living upstairs. The top floor balcony was great for July 4th fireworks watching. The beachfront location was so convenient, especially with this part of the beach being restricted to non motorized vehicles, not crowded at all, even on July 4th. Property management was very responsive and cleaned up a layer of sand on the ground floor area that had accumulated from previous storm within a few hours of reporting it. Overall, an exceptional experience, will definitely use again on our next Galveston trip.

Lovely Beach House!

This property is beautiful and pictures of the house are exactly as seen in images. Plenty of room for our family of 8. Furniture was very comfortable. The property is remote and about a 20 minute drive from Galveston. Some convenience stores and food options nearby. Fully stocked kitchen. With all the rain leading up to our trip the mosquitoes were awful! We bought yard and body spray! The beach was clean and quiet. Lovely area! Definitely recommend this property.

Nice property on beach but not enough hot water

The property was nice and as described. We enjoyed being able to walk right outside to the private beach without dragging our belongings a long distance. Now for the negative. There were 14 of us staying in the house, but apparently there was only one hot water heater that couldn't do the job. I was really surprised when the majority of us suffered through cold showers our first morning in the house, as we did not know we needed to take RV showers (water on to get wet / water off to lather / water on to rinse). I had read through numerous reviews prior to booking and there was no mention of this problem. We contacted property management immediately and were told they sent a maintenance man who came and ran hot water at the outdoor shower, and since it got hot and no one else had ever reported a problem, there was no problem! We explained to them that there was clearly hot water, if you were the first couple of people in for a quick shower, so obviously there would be hot water at the outside shower too. We own 32 rental properties of our own and are well aware that if one of the heating elements goes out in a hot water heater, it will not keep up. It would have been nice if the unit had been checked out rather than just dismissing us. Unfortunately, we all had to make do by alternating our shower schedules and taking RV showers. Baths were out of the question, as there would definitely not have been enough hot water to go around!

Great family beach home

My husband and I traveled with our 4 kids 8 and under and grandparents. It’s a beautiful home and was spacious enough for everyone to have their own space. It was right on the beach which made it easy to collect seashells and come and go as family members pleased. The sunrise was beautiful and we were 20-25 minutes from all our daily activities on the other side of the island. Overall, a great place to stay with a nicely stocked kitchen, however, you will need to bring any beach toys or supplies you want.
