"Villa Ca' Le Terrazze offers the perfect blend of comfort and relaxation for those who wish to be close to the center of Garda. Located just 500 meters from the harbor, beaches, and lakeside promenade, this recently renovated villa boasts a privileged position with panoramic views.



On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room with a large sofa and armchairs, a flat-screen satellite TV, a dining area, and a guest toilet. Adjacent to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with an oven, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator.



From the French door, you can access the terraces with an outdoor dining table and the pool area, perfect for dining or gathering together. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a shower.



Going up the stairs to the first floor, you'll find 4 double bedrooms:

A wonderful family getaway

Where do I even begin? The villa was absolutely wonderful — even better than the photos! Everything was spotless and fresh, which is always my top priority when choosing accommodation. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets were perfectly clean. The pool and its stunning view are simply unforgettable. Customer service was excellent — quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. The location is also great just a short walk to the lake and many nice restaurants. We had such a lovely time and truly wished we could have stayed longer. We’ll definitely be coming back soon! If I were to suggest anything, it would only be to consider updating the living room sofa — it was a bit worn out and could be more spacious for added comfort.

Worth every penny

Great property with a beautiful garden and a sparkling clean pool...The location is just plain awesome,you won't need a car since everything is pretty much in walking distance...We were a big group and everybody had enough privacy...The patio was big and the balconys on the 1st floor had a great view...Aircondition worked great and didnt smell rotten like in most other places we've been before...The agency and the owner were friendly and helped us out whenever we needed anything...Only negative,but thats sadly everywhere in this area,was the trash...You have to recycle which is ok but to drive it to another village is a pretty downer and nothing what I wanna deal with while on vacation...

Geräumiges, modernes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung

Alles vorhanden was zum Leben, Kochen und entspannen benötigt wird, bequeme Betten, saubere und moderne Bäder, große Terrassen und Balkone Gartenfläche eher klein und eng, aber grün und sehr gepflegt Man muss akzeptieren, dass der Pool auch von anderen gästen benutzt wird, stört die Gruppe etwas, Licht im unteren EG bei Waschmaschine und Gang zur Garage ging nicht, im Treppenhaus geht das Licht nach 3 Sekunden von alleine aus, mit Kindern gefährlich Alles in einem ein schönes Haus für große Gruppen, schnell zu erreichendes Zentrum

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage toller Garten und sehr schöner Pool.

Der Urlaub war sehr schön und erholsam. Der Check In hat super geklappt, Fragen wurden auch im Vorfeld immer schnell beantwortet. Die Online Bilder stimmen mit den Gegebenheiten voll und ganz überein. Es ist eine tolle Anlage, ob Haus, Garten oder Pool alles schön angelegt. Wir waren mit der Ganzen Familie dort und hatten die Woche sehr genossen. Der Vermieter wohnt nebenan und war sehr freundlich. Der Ort Garda ist zu Fuß schnell erreichbar.

Hervorragend, sauber und großzügig

Entspannte, schöne Urlaubstage mit der Familie. Das Haus bietet reichlich Platz und der Pool ist ausreichend für die Bewohnerzahl. Grillen und gemütliches, gemeinsames Essen ist auf den Terrassen ein Vergnügen. Die Betten sind bequem, das Geschirr für alle ausreichend und die Bäder gut eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage macht auch heiße Tage angenehm. Würden hier jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen.

We liked this home very much. It was clean and we had a lot of space. Also we liked the silence and privacy on the property. It is only 10 Minutes from Garda away by walk. This villa is very well equipped. We definitely would like to come again. It is a big problem to take the waste on the last day with us. We did not find a container for waste in the city. It was so awful to drive with all waste back home. Please put some container for the guest, so that the guest do not need to take their waste back home.Thank you so much.

Ratio zwischen Zimmern und Bädern, großzügige Gemeinschaft- und Rückzugs-räume. Pool und Garten mit überdachter Sitzmöglichkeit. Mülltonnen sind keine vorhanden, der Müll muss am Abholtag an die Straße gestellt werden oder am Mietende in die Stadt gefahren werden.

Tolles Ferienhaus!

Tolles großzügiges Haus. Sehr netter Eigentümer. Die Küchenausstattung ist etwas spärlich für 10 Personen. (z.B. genau 10 Trinkgläser, 4 Weingläser und 2 Hefegläser). Lage ist super. Pool sehr schön und ausreichend. Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen

Tolles, geräumiges Haus!

Wir haben uns im Haus von Beginn an wohl gefühlt. Es bietet ausreichend Platz (nur die Küche ist für 8-10 Personen etwas klein), der Pool ist groß und sauber und der Ausblick auf den See vom Obergeschoss aus ist wunderbar! Zu Fuß erreicht man in ca 10 Minuten den Ortskern, der viel Essens- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet.

Super Haus mit toller Lage in Garda

Wir waren mit 6 Personen (3 Paare) in dem Haus. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt, der Pool reicht völlig aus und wird fast täglich gesäubert, die Lage ist Top (zu Fuß in 5 min. an der Promenade/Busbahnhof/Supermarkt). Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und auskunftfreudig. Danke für den tollen Urlaub!!!! Gruß Peter

Wir waren dort mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene + 5 Kinder). Das Haus war sauber, aufgeräumt und in einem gutem Zustand. Der Platz im Haus ist mehr als ausreichend. Fast allle Räume sind klimatisiert und und gut eingerichtet. Der Pool wirkt auf den Bildern zwar etwas größer, ist aber mehr als ausreichend. Wir haben in der Villa ein paar traumhafte Tage verbracht und planen schon jetzt den nächsten Urlaub dort.

Quality house in a good location with nice pool

Rooms are large and well appointed. All are clean and tidy. Whilst it is noted as having 4 bedrooms there is a fifth downstairs. Bedrooms have balconies, some large and with chairs. House feels high quality, nice solid doors and some good furniture. Kitchen is adequate with enough glasses and plates and that all important dishwasher. There is a fridge and large freezer. Also a large garage downstairs with washing machine. As stated the pool is shared but it is of a good quality, large enough and very clean and well maintained. During our stay other people did use it but not frequently. The grounds are well maintained. The wifi was of a good quality. Air conditioning in each bedroom that was effective. Having the owners on site wasn't a problem. Location is good, quiet but walking distance to Garda town centre where there are numerous restaurants and which is good to stroll around. We hired a boat and went on the lake for an hour - great fun. Agents were friendly and efficient We were an English family of 5 aged 17, 22, and 50 and had a really good time. Recommended.
