Room was much bigger than expected. Very clean and already nice and toasty warm. Shower pressure was great. Mattress comfy. Pillows were pretty flat. And when we first checked in (at 9:45 pm) - there was no one at the front desk nor a sign to indicate how to get them. We waited awhile.

The room was nice.The staff was exceptionally nice. The only issue was the showerhead was on a slide bar, but the top of the slide bar was 5 foot eight inches AFF. this makes it very difficult for a tall person to take a shower.
The slide bar for the showerhead is a great feature, but the maximum height was 5‘8“ tall not very accommodating for a tall person
