Should you ever have to wash your clothes on vacation, there is an utility room with a washing machine and dryer in the same building.
At the gable of the house, a covered terrace invites you to linger, accessible directly from the living area. From there you have a view of the small marina and the ferry pier.
You enter your apartment via a separate entrance and are directly in the modern living / dining area.
From the dining counter you can watch the hustle and bustle of the harbor and the passing ships on the Strelasund through the window. The kitchen area is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle ...
If you don't feel like cooking, you will find a snack in the village, which, among other things, will have fresh rolls ready for you from 9.30 a.m.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with a rain shower.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms. a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds.
The living area and both bedrooms are equipped with wall-mounted flat screens.
Bedrooms and living areas have indirect lighting - dimmable according to your needs. The peculiarity of the bedrooms - they are on the north side and therefore have peace and a pleasant sleeping environment.
Another extra is the separate dressing room, in which your suitcases can also be stored.
All rooms are heated automatically by underfloor heating.
