In a quiet residential area, we offer you a charming house with enclosed garden. Perfect for a stay of a week or more with family or friends. Ideally located, you can walk to the lake, relax on the beach, go boating or paddle boarding. You can also walk or bike to the city center to go to the market or have a coffee on the terrace. You are 27 km from Biscarrosse Plage and 23 km from Mimizan Plage to try your hand at surfing lessons.
The house is composed of a beautiful living room with a TV lounge area (No WIFI, possibility to rent a box) as well as a dining room area. A fully equipped separate kitchen. 3 Bedrooms each with a 140cm double bed with storage. A garage/laundry room is also at your disposal.
On the exterior side, a small terrace overlooking the garden will allow you to enjoy your meals outdoors and the sunny days. Possibility of parking a car in front of the house. A sunny vacation is waiting for you!
