Poor service

The business pulled bait and switch. We booked a place with a pool and gym and ended up being offered something completely different. Understanding that things happen we requested a partial refund for the difference in amenities, none was given. We were placed in a nice new apartment that was recently built. Still had not been cleaned from construction. Dust everywhere. Management was contacted with request to clean which was not done. Wifi did not work. Management was notified and they did not come out to evaluate problem, we were left to trouble shoot ourselves.
