The Space:

G633 is a pet friendly one bedroom condo located on the second floor of Gearhart House. 2 cats or dogs allowed. Pet fee is $20.00 per night per pet. Pets are NOT to be left unattended in the unit.





Bedroom has a King bed. 42" TV and DVD player in living room. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Private deck with southwest ocean view. Woodstove for those chilly coastal evenings.





This unit has basic cookware, dishes, and silverware available. We do not provide oil, seasoning, or any other additional items. Microwave and drip coffee machine in the unit.

You must be 21 to RESERVE and CHECK-IN





Gearhart House guests have access to an indoor heated pool, hot tub and exercise room.

This was a “well loved” and “dog friendly” property. It hasn’t been updated in many years it appears and carpet is very worn and evident many pets have stayed over many years. Bedspread and blanket appeared old as well and used by many pets. Not sure how often they are washed.While it has the basic amenities, we would not stay here again.

Great spot for a quick beach visit

This was an older condo in Gearhart but everything was in great shape and well maintained. The condo had a little dust around the T.V. but was otherwise clean. I wasn't expecting the ocean view so we were pleasantly surprised. We don't typically travel with our dog so I honestly didn't know what to expect from a condo that allows dogs. I was hoping there wouldn't be an odor from other people's pets. My husband, who has a sensitive nose for that kind of thing, didn't notice any smells or odors. The bed was comfortable, the condo was stocked well enough and provided all that we needed for our quick weekend getaway with our teens.

The lanai was perfect for watching fireworks all the way down the coast through Seaside. Also morning coffee on the lanai was the best way to start the day. And such a cozy bed!

Great view of Tillamook Head

Great location if you’re traveling with your dogs. Canine rest area is just down a flight of stairs near your condo. Only issue we had was a condo owner a couple doors down doing repairs for over aa day . Lots of drilling and pounding which pretty much ruined one of our days. I called the Mgr at the front office and was basically told tough luck. Nevertheless, the rest of our stay was very relaxing and pleasant . Ps Terrific shower pressure !

Perfect location!

What else can you wish for more when this location is 2 minutes of walk from the ocean beach? Just perfect! One evening we were able to see a herd of elks walk across the grass field by the sandy beach. What a treat. The room is outdated for sure: the dining chairs cannot roll, although there are four casters. The wood stove does not have the wood crate. Everything is pretty 80s or 90s feeling. Again, good and succinct enough for a short stay. Looking out of the deck, it is all worthwhile.

Great Deal for Ocean View Balcony

This condo is clean and comfortable. It is a great price for a 2nd floor balcony facing the ocean. On sunny evenings we sat outside and watched the sun set. On rainy days we lit a fire and watched the ocean from the couch. The king bed was very comfortable, firm with a topper. The kitchen was emaculate. We had a great visit!

Gearhart is great location. Beach is not crowded and perfect for clamming.

The property location is perfect. Rooms are a bit outdated but condo has everything you need, only thing I would recommend is cleaning carpets. Overall I would stay there again.

Comfortable unit

This condo is a large one bedroom, so very comfortable with space to spread out. The balcony does have a view with walls between unit patios for privacy. Right across the street from the office to check in and McMennimans, so convenient for ordering food.
