1 Bedroom with Loft Top floor



The Space:

G699 is a one bedroom loft condo located on the 4th floor of Gearhart House. Hardwood floors in the condo. Great southwest ocean views from your private deck. Main bedroom has a Queen bed. Loft has a double bed and a twin bed. Max occupancy for this unit is 4. We do suggest that nobody under the age of 5 stay in the unit as there are open stairs to the loft and the loft only has a half wall.





There is not a sleeper sofa. No fireplace in the condo.





This unit has basic cookware, dishes, and silverware available. We do not provide oil, seasoning, or any other additional items. Microwave and drip coffee machine in the unit.





**Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**





You must be 21 to RESERVE and CHECK-IN





Gearhart House guests have access to an indoor heated pool, hot tub and exercise room.

Cozy little condo

This is my 4th stay in this complex, each time has been a different condo. I like all the ammenities and how close it is to beach access. This condo was clean and cozy, although it did take a while to warm up. Overall enjoyed the stay and will be back again!

Was wonderful everything was wonderful. Except the chair and the table they were a little shaky. Lots of games in unit. Couldnt beat the Beautiful veiw. Check in was super friendly and fast. Very quiant and quite. We will definitely be back!!!

Great view, easy walk to beach, good restaurant

Nice location and plenty of sleeping room in this place with the loft, even though bedroom only has a queen. Living room is not too spacious so not a ton of room on couch but balcony has seating and has a fantastic view. Condo is a bit dated but pictures are accurate and didn’t detract from experience. Laundry is not in the unit and there is no A/C but coastal winds meant we didn’t need it and balcony has screen door which is nice. Sand Trap restaurant is steps away and has all meals and outdoor seating area as well. Very nice people and checkin process. Had to ask for iron but they had one for us to pick up. Overall great stay.

Old and horribly musty condo. So bad that I couldn't even sleep inside (ended up staying out on the deck) The place is much smaller than what pictures showed and there are loose wrapped wires hanging, which I am sure is not safe or even up to code. All and all a bad experience

This was a hidden gem!

We have always stayed in Cannon Beach or seaside. I had no idea that Gearhart was right there. This condo was great! Awesome view from the main room. We will be going back for sure. It's nice having the golf course across the street. We had some drinks at McMenamins and it was a quick walk across the street back to this place. It was well kept. I found myself laughing trying to get the shower to turn on, after a few minutes I found out that you need to pull down on the water spout. We will definitely book this again.

Amazing view!

You won't find a better deal than this! We stayed here for 3 nights with 2 kids (3 and 1 year old). The view from the balcony was incredible! The balcony is south-facing and would get very nice and hot during the day even in September. We also loved the indoor pool & hot tub on premises and were using it every evening after sunset. The place is dated but very comfortable. We will definitely be back again!

Very nice

Clean, comfortable and nice views. Easy access to one of the quietest and pretty beaches around. Don’t miss the sunset! Great location to be if you plan to visit Astoria and Cannon Beach areas! I typically prefer to rent a house when we are traveling but I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the entire building was and never heard any neighbors from inside the condo. I would stay again.

Gorgeous Ocean View!

Overall, this place was perfect for celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary. It was beautiful inside and out. Our view of the ocean was stunning and it was just a short walk to the beach. The only issue was the internet connection was pretty spotty, but we spent most of our time outdoors, so it was not a huge issue for us. We would book this place again.

Cute condo

Cozy with lovely view of the ocean! Perfect place to be away from the tourist traps; practically an empty beach, it was awesome. It’s a little on the older side but we had everything we needed. Some odd late night noises from the parking lot. We were excited to be able to use the pool & hot tub, plus the pool noodles provided by the owners were a huge bonus! There was really loud construction noise adjacent to us everyday but management was very responsive & compensatory. The shower puzzled us for a bit but we finally figured out to pull down on the tub faucet. Definitely need to bring your own spices & oil for cooking. A few things that would make a significant difference: a new dishwasher (the loudest appliance I have ever heard; do not turn it on when you’re still in the condo!), a set of actual cereal/soup bowls (we had to reuse the same 2 small mixing bowls to eat cereal bc the ones provided are condiment sized, please provide a new sharp chef’s knife (the one there is so dull it is unsafe & unable to sharpen w/ the sharpener) and full length blackout curtains in the loft would help better block out the extremely bright light reflecting through the window from the rooftop. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay overall!
