Had a great experience while staying here. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, and parking was easy. The location was nice as there were many convenient stores located close and the highway wasn't far if I needed to go to downtown Chicago

Food is terrible. Crappiest frozen reheats ever! The breakfast attendant shuts down food 25 mins early and good luck trying to get anything from her when she’s closing early. Staff will tell you No for everything. You will be nickel and dimed for everything. Way better options out there. When reported to website recieved an email from AGM… more of an excuse letter letter rather than an apology or let me go above and beyond for you. For spending 1k for 4 nights on two rooms…. Feel like they would have tried harder considering occupancy was low. When in Geniva stay at the Hampton Inn or stay in St Charles. Not here
