The exterior door lock was broken, as was the lock to the public toilets on the first floor. Both appear to be the result of vandalism, which doesn’t give the best impression of safety in such a high-traffic area.

The location is perfect for a overnight stay whilst traveling through Geneva, The hotel is very clean and has spacious rooms with friendly welcoming staff. I would be very happy to stay again for a longer period. A bonus for me was the courtesy shuttle from & to the airport.

Rooms are small but they perfect for an airport hotel. Everything you need in the room. Clean and tidy. Shower basin was a little slow to drain but improved once removed the cover.

Handy for aiport, room very small with bed side up against a wall making it difficult to get up in the night. Restaurant slow service and poor quality of food for price. May try other Nash properties nearby next time but would find a better restaurant nearby. Very good airport shuttle service is a plus.
