Dripping aircon, got mosquito and caused me cannot sleep at all and need to request to swift room at 4am. Been told no extra room and luckily the staff help me to do room cleaning. This is my 3rd stay for work trip but the worst sleeping quality experience.

malaysian hospitality at its finest.

The hotel was good. The traffic out front was a little noisy. But the front desk staff made up for that. Kaht went above and beyond. Her attentiveness and professional attitude needs to be commended. Great job. I would use this hotel on my next trip to Penang.

Front desk service was good. Room was tidy, clean and has pretty much everything you need with extra plugs for 2pax. Just one thing about the room which i don’t like... is that, the sound proof of the walls isn’t that great. I can hear my neighbours talking and all when they are back. Felt a little uncomfortable. But overall was okay.

Excellent value at this price range. the room is clean and well maintained (it's relatively new). Excellent location, very close to the airport and it only costs me only MYR $8 to get there. Minor defect: My window frame is slightly deformed and I can't close the window completely - there were some laughter and motorbike noises at night

I like the bed and the towel, there are very soft, clean and comfortable. Disposable indoor slipper provided. The only thing I dissatisfied is no tea bag provided, only have coffee (some people don’t drink coffee).

Had some problems with checking in due to their system being down but the staff was friendly and helpful. Room is minimal but comfortable for a short stay/work trip. Air conditioning is a little noisy. I requested for a quieter room so staff was kind enough to assign me to a windowless room further away from traffic but unfortunately walls are thin and heard other guests coming in and out/arguing during the night.

Check in was smooth and fast. For the price I paid, it s value for money. The thing is parking was a bit of challenge there due to all the shops surrounding the area. Corridor and lift are quite narrow and if you have big luggage or pushing stroller for your child, have to manauevre a bit to move around.
