Our place is suitable for friends & families who are looking for a relaxing getaway to spend time in nature (all-seasons) while enjoying the stylish comfort of a well-equipped modern place.

Please note — if you are looking for a place to drink, party and be loud, this is not right cottage for you. The community does not tolerate disorderly conduct or excessive noise, especially late at night. For safety and security purposes, we have installed exterior cameras, and noiseware monitoring devices inside and outside the cottage. The noiseware devices measure sound levels (no audio recordings) and send us an alert if the noise level surpasses a set threshold. This is to ensure there are no parties or events onsite.

Garbage and recycling is guests’ responsibility. You must take it with you when you leave. Information will be provided about the local landfill.

Bed linens and towels are NOT included in the price. There is an additional $100 cleaning charge for linens and towels. P

Our cottage is kid and baby friendly. Amenities include: high chair, playpen with mattress, baby bathtub, baby chair, toys and books, toddler plates and bowls.

Please respect the neighbourhood and surrounding environment. Do not make excessive noise, be kind and courteous to the neighbours, obey the noise curfew (10 pm weekdays and 11 pm Fri/Sat) and do not litter on or around the property.

Guests can use the entire property but we ask that you do not park in the garage.

Ground floor: two bedrooms (king beds), a full bathroom (3 pc) and a large family room. The family room features a built-in wall bed (queen size), 65" Smart TV, leather sectional and a foosball table.

Second floor: open concept living space (eat-in kitchen, dining and family room with walkout to front and back patios), large master bedroom with 5 pc ensuite and walk-out to front patio deck, another bedroom (king bed) and a full bathroom (3 pc).

The main living area features vaulted ceilings and large windows that bring in natural light and allow you to enjoy the nature surrounding the property from the warmth and comfort of indoors — great for watching sunsets.

The second floor offers access to two large decks with glass railings where you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding area. The deck at the front offers views of the water and is a great place to enjoy the sunset.
