Charming Puget Sound/Mt Rainier View House

After nearly 3 years off the market, we are back to short term, just for you!! Sea Cliff Estates is just 3.7 miles from the heart of Gig Harbor with its restaurants & water front shops, and only 15 minutes from the Narrows Bridge. The 180 degree water and Mt. Rainier views are spectacular from your living room and outdoor deck - it is simply breathtaking!!

Welcome home to this spectacular 1,940' view home in an amazing setting with picturesque views of glorious Mt. Rainier, Vashon Island, Colvos Passage, Pt. Ruston, Commencement Bay, and ever-changing marine traffic, and wildlife views. There are numerous detailed upgrades to this special home, including granite counter tops, stainless kitchen appliances, Xfinity's 400 Mpbs whole home Wi-Fi, and an open-concept floor plan with great room and vaulted ceilings. A new 70" smart flat screen TV was added in 2024 as well as new reclining theater seating. The wrap around deck and entry stairs were also completely replaced with TimberTech decking for a cleaner look and feel.
The master BR w/King Bed en-suite Jacuzzi tub are located on the main level as well as a guest 1/2 bath and utility room w/washer and dryer. Downstairs you will enjoy a Queen bedroom, and a bunk bed room separated by a full bath. This area has its own entry from outside with its own mini living room that can also sleep additional guests.

A great location just 3.7 miles from downtown Gig Harbor and the Borgen Blvd. shopping and dining conveniences.

Your Hosts have tried to think of everything necessary in an effort to exceed your expectations from top of the line beds, linens, towels, and comforters to paper products, soaps and shampoos, all leading up to our property being designated as a "Plus" property by another hosting platform. Your choice of a keyless entry or a guided tour of the premises upon arrival by our daughter, Paige, a local property owner/Realtor that will also act as your real estate agent should you consider purchasing your own Gig Harbor investment property, as we did!

This property is pristine, spacious and comfortable. Very well appointed - it had everything you could ask for including the most amazing view of Mt. Rainier. The host was incredibly responsive. The only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer!

The Best House in the World!!!

Oh my goodness, I just cannot say enough about this property and the owners, Carl and Vicky. The pictures absolutely do NOT do this property justice. It is so gorgeous. The view of Puget sound from the upstairs is breathtaking. You can enjoy the view while cooking, hanging in the living room, relaxing in the master, or chilling on the deck together. We ate outside every night and loved watching the Point Defiance ferry travel back and forth from Tacoma to Vashon Island. The master bedroom is so so pretty and the bathroom is huge and amazing. The downstairs is awesome as well. There's an adorable room with bunk beds set up for kids and a nice bedroom with a queen. There's also a cute little hangout space with a couch and TV down there. It's great! The little backyard is so cute and we saw quite a few deer hanging out under the trees. Across the street, there's a peacock who walks around and does a funny call. My son named him Treecock the Peacock : ) The location of the house is in an adorable neighborhood and you only have a short drive to get to the shops and restaurants in downtown Gig Harbor. We also loved going to Sunrise Beach to explore. Honestly, we couldn't have dreamed of a better place to stay. It was wonderful. On top of that, Carl is literally the BEST. He is so kind, helpful, and communicative. He checked-in to make sure we were doing ok and was even kind enough to remind us about trash night! Carl is very responsive! Highly, highly recommend this house!!

Great views at a great place

We had a lovely stay in August at this comfortable home in a nice neighborhood. The house is well equipped and the wifi was reliable and fast enough for video conference calls and for streaming videos. The windows are screened so we were able to enjoy sleeping with them open almost every night. On two unseasonably warm evenings we closed up the house and were appreciative of the central air conditioning. The blackberry vines growing on the property (and throughout the neighborhood) were a pleasant surprise - we very much enjoyed picking and eating the blackberries. But the best of all was the view. No photo can do justice to that view. Watching the boats go by on Puget Sound was delightful. And on clear days Mt Ranier was visible on the horizon and the view was even more spectacular. We hope to return some day!

Clean property, very spacious and AMAZING view!

The property was exactly what we were looking for. We were visiting family and the location of the property was close to downtown Gig Harbor but far enough away that it was very quiet. The house was set up perfectly for our family and provided enough space for everyone to spread out. The best part was the amazing view! I could have sat out on that deck and looked at the clear view of Mount Rainer all day. Carl was a very responsive host as I head a few questions before our trip. He was always very quick to respond and was very helpful. When we arrived I really appreciated Carl's phone call for an "orientation" to the property. I would definitely stay here again when I visit the area.

Great veiw!

Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The views are gorgeous! It was clean and kitchen was fully stocked. The owners were very responsive. There was a big snow storm the weekend of our trip and they were willing to be flexible regarding check in/out times if needed to prioritize safety.

Fantastic home! Great Xmas vacation and amazing views

Rented this home for over a week for Christmas —- it was a fantastic location; the home itself was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone; huge garage to keep the car warm; laundry room upstairs. And the views of the water and Mt Rainier were amazing. There is also a private park/beach that the kids enjoyed too. Carl was also a fantastic host and was always in contact.

Perfect for a Family Vacation

My family had a great time at this property. We were four adults and one baby and it was perfect for us. The view is awesome, and the porch is great for grilling and relaxing. The upstairs space is an ideal common area for a stay with family or friends. The property was also very clean. We’d absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in the area.

Amazing Location

We had such an amazing stay here with our family and friends, it has one of the most breathtaking views in the area and the home had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. And the private beach with a little playground within walking distance was an added bonus for our 6 year old who loved it! Owners were very helpful with any questions/instructions we had or needed, would definitely recommend this property to anyone planning to visit the area!!

Excellent place to stay in Gig Harbor!

We stayed at the property for two weeks. The owner, Carl, was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had during the stay. The house was very clean and well equipped and the grounds were well maintained. The view of Puget Sound and Mt. Rainier was absolutely amazing! When we are in Gig Harbor again, we will definitely plan to stay at this property.
