Appalled, Luxury view but that was about all.
False/misleading description and pictures for this apartment, seriously also question the previous rating and reviews on this one.
Luxurious Apartment no it was more like neglected Apartment, not what was described also different level etc, so were we even given what we booked? Arrived to a dirty and unclean apartment (mould on curtains, dirty and thick dust on bedroom carpet floor and surfaces, extra person expected to sleep on a blowup mattress on this floor, food crumbs under lounge, brown food spillage in the bin and very dirty) rang several times to collect key as it was pass the check in and we still had not received a message to collect the key, we were told cleaners were still cleaning every time (well clearly not). No handle on one of the bathroom doors paper shoved in the hole, another bathroom had blocked toilet, Dirty oven which had a smell when used, stove top faulty not working, range hood hanging on with zip ties. Bent and damaged picture frames falling off wall which were hiding marks and power point outlet holes. Broken furniture when pulled out a chair the legs on it buckled and broke lucky no one sat down on it as they could have injured themselves. Broken TV remote. Not enough bedding and towels provided. They did replace Stove top and rang hood but took them several days. Tv remote, chair and toilet was not fixed when they said it would be. Not Worth the money.
