Legacy 3 is located on the first floor at the front of a small block of units across from Bilinga/ North Kirra beach.
This comfortable unit offers 2 bedrooms - master with queen and second with 2 single beds and spacious fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.
The living area offers stunning ocean views and breezes including a shared balcony off the side of the unit. Ceiling fans in the loungeroom and both bedrooms. There are also communal laundry facilities and a single lock up garage for your convenience.
This is affordable beachfront living in one of the finest positions.

Mould on cushions and surroundings, exposed plaster repairs and termites/pests in the kitchen backsplash and bathroom.Was not suitable for anyone to stay in so I had to find alternative accommodation. Partially refunded my stay even though I didnât stay a single night, this apparently meets their terms and conditions.

Perfect Location
We had a 3 day conference at Rydges near the Gold Coast Airport. This accommodation was close enough for us to walk (10-15 min). We had an additional day to ourselves and spent most of the day on the beach across the road. Only a 5 min drive to the shops and local cafes.

Did the job
It was ok. Very small and cramped but enough for two people. Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Shower was great. A small view of the beach. Nice and close to the surf club and kids playground if you have children.

Don't bother
The picture of the property must have been taken when renovations were first completed. Shower was hot and cold and required constant regulation. The bed in the larger bedroom was reasonably comfortable.
