Location, furnishings and overall was a great apartment. Leaving a few coffee pods to know what we needed to buy would have been good as they arenât standard pods and I couldnât find.
Great stay, loved the location & apartment was very well appointed. The only item I would like addressed would be complimentary Tea bags, salt & pepper sachets wouldn't cost them much but would make a big difference to customer
The view did not identify a very large new apartment development
There was no mention of the face we had builders in front and behind making all sorts of noise (I have the videos) from 6.30 in the morning and the road being closed because of the construction works
The balcony door would not lock, we took a video and advised RBR the agent, like water off a ducks back, it took 5 days to resolve, we were located on the 2nd floor and our unlocked door/access was easily accessible from the 1st floor (ground floor) we advised that we were very concerned from a security perspective, this concern was brushed off âŠâŠ a serious concern.
We had difficulty gaining access to the basement car park, the printed advice was that a remote would be provided, it was not, when I went back the agency twice, I was given a number of excuses including the printed advice was wrong, RBR are not a capable organisation, this property has been seriously misrepresented.
