This brand new studio suite is located within close proximity to historic Charleston (15-20 min) and the beautiful beaches (20-30 min) of Charleston. We have a grill and outside dining set. We have beach towels, sunscreen, and chairs for use. The fridge is stocked with bottled water and other drinks. We love people and socialize but won’t bother you if you want a private get away.

Sitting area with couch that can sleep an additional adult or 2 children. Queen bed with privacy screen. We have an additional single-sized roll away bed as well. Smart TV with access to cable, sports, and local channels. Netflix capable TV. We are 10 minutes from the largest Charleston mall and Tanger Outlet. You can sleep 4 with the couch, queen bed, and single roll-away bed, but please look at the photos to understand it’s a studio suite so you can judge the space for your stay. Parking pad is located at the rear of home by the stairs.
