The space
The Northern Retreat greets you with amazing views of the lake from every window and door.

On the main floor you will find the living room, eat in kitchen, dining area, sunroom and coffee bar. The eat in kitchen includes a large island with counter height seating for four, a dining table that seats six, and a coffee station. The closet in the kitchen includes a stackable washer and dryer for your laundry needs. The living room is a cozy atmosphere with a large sectional couch, wood-burning fire place, and large A-frame windows. The main floor also includes a bedroom with a double bed and a set of bunk beds, a full bathroom, and a second bedroom with a queen bed, desk, and sliding doors with access to the deck.

Beyond the dining area you will find the sunroom. This room is almost completely glass, it is a great area to step away from the group and relax.

Step through the sliders in the living room out onto a large updated deck. The deck includes several sets of outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining set, a gas grill, and charcoal grill. Off the deck you will find a private beach, private dock, a fire pit surrounded by a ring of Adirondack chairs. There are water toys, a canoe, kayak, fishing boat, and pedal boat.

Our home is one of very few with 350 feet of lake front!!

Upstairs you will find the loft. The loft has a pullout couch that sleeps two, board games, cards, and table games. Off of the loft is the large master bedroom. This bedroom includes a tempur-pedic king bed, a jacuzzi tub, a private full bathroom with a double vanity, and sliding glass doors on to a small balcony overlooking the lake.

Television in the master bedroom and loft are equipped with fire sticks allowing you to use any streaming service you choose including but not limited to Netflix, Hulu, peacock and more. The television in the living room is a smart tv so bring all of your login info for apps, it is also equipped with YouTube TV.


Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property with the exception of the owners closet!

Big Bass Lake Association has a strict no guest policy. The names on the rental application are the only persons allowed into big bass and on the property. If you are a smaller party and wish to have guests for the day we need to be notified 3 days prior to your rental, and the number of guests in total must not exceed 9.

Guests have the option to purchase daily, weekly, or weekend passes to use all of Big Bass' amenities. This includes the beach, gym, indoor and outdoor pools!
