The space

El Partal Studio is a small, modern space where you feel comfortable from the very first moment. Recently renovated, it combines contemporary lines with a well-designed layout that makes everything flow naturally, without excess.

Located just steps from the emblematic Granada Bullring, in a lively and central area of the city, it allows you to move around easily and enjoy Granada at your own pace. It is the perfect studio for couples or solo travellers seeking comfort, design and good access to the city centre.

Upon entering, you are welcomed by a pleasant living–dining area with a very comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing or watching TV. The same space integrates a functional and well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for a complete stay, including a microwave with grill and all the essentials to prepare your meals.

The sleeping area invites you to relax: a spacious and very comfortable bed (135 × 190 cm) guarantees a restful sleep.

The studio also features a comfortable workspace and Wi-Fi connection, ideal if your trip also requires some concentration. The modern, fully equipped bathroom completes the experience with practicality and attention to detail.

The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning and central heating, ensuring a perfect stay at any time of the year.

Guest access

When staying in our studio, you will have the entire space exclusively for you and your companions. From the moment you arrive, you will enjoy total privacy and comfort in every corner of this cosy accommodation.

Other things to note

The accommodation does not have private parking. There are several parking options in the area, including nearby public car parks and regulated on-street parking. Before your arrival, we will provide all the necessary information to make parking easy and worry-free.

Important: In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, all accommodations in Spain are required to register each guest and submit their information to the authorities. Therefore, before accessing the property, you will need to complete a form with the guests’ details.

Pets are accepted upon request, with an additional supplement of €20 per stay.

Security deposit: A refundable security deposit is required prior to arrival. This amount will be automatically and fully refunded within 24 to 72 hours after check-out, provided no damage or incidents are detected in the property.
