Bedroom clean although definitely needs redecoration as does the bathroom as it looks very tired. We had the Christmas dinner which was just warm,the breakfast was ok but no other milk for allergies so couldn’t have cereals.

Love this hotel stay here often. There was an event on at the same time as our stay and the disruption was minimal. Just if you stay during a big event my advice is go to breakfast early

Came into Gravesend from London for a friend's funeral. Checked in early without any charge...room was spacious and warm, loved my room as it had the LAKE view, very relaxing. Food (breakfast and lunch) was nicely cooked, fresh and hot. Adequate lighting in room and bathroom. Water temperature was perfect. Beautiful and efficient staff. Thank you 😊 💓. I will be visiting again

Room tired and cold. Had to get the radiator to work as it wasn’t working. Decor around hotel also tired. Staff all very good and hotel very clean. No drinking water in the room and no fridge. Coffee at breakfast nasty but tea ok. Not the kind of hotel I would recommend for a leisure trip more suitable for workers
