A modern chalet with immaculate interior that is adjoined to a complex of 3 renovated chalets between the seaside villages of California and Scratby making them the perfect solution for the larger group or family.

Ample parking to the side and rear of the property with an open comunnal lawn to the front.

The immaculately presented lounge is presented with a neutral design and two matching sofas for relaxation in front of the cosy fire.

The well-equipped kitchen, off-set by white units and black counter tops, form a sophisticated base to prepare home-cooked meals.

Both bedrooms have a fully fitted wardrobe. The front-facing double bedroom has a quality mattress and memory foam top to ensure a peaceful nights sleep. The 2nd bedroom can be either a single bedroom featuring a full sized single bed with a quality mattress and memory foam top with its own pull-out into a twin bedded room.

The light and airy feel uplifts the formation in a stylish and sleek fashion, and a classic bathroom finishes the property to a standard of quality.

Furnished and equipped to a very high standard including bedding and towelling - your beds are made up for your arrival.

We haven't forgotten about today's technology and our guests high expectations; we provide free WIFI, 2 TV/DVD's; one standard TV/DVD in the back bedroom and a Smart TV/DVD in the spacious lounge area.

Great Stay

Had a very pleasant stay here. The chalet is exactly as the pictures show, there was loads of storage space, we were given plenty of towels too. Its a located near the tavern but is very quiet. Genuinely couldn't fault anything with it, great value for money, would definetly recommend a stay.

Cosy and comfortable and ideally located.

For once we have stayed somewhere that actually looks like the advertising pictures. This really is a tastefully decorated, comfortable yet cosy chalet that is ideal for young couples or those with children. The location is fantastic as it is within easy drive of The Broads at Wroxham, Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens, Horsey Beach with it's cute seal population and, of course, Great Yarmouth itself. There are some fantastic beaches close by at Gorleston-on-sea, Horsey and further North plus great amusements for kids at Hemsby. Highlights have to include walking amongst the seals at Horsey. Highly recommend this to anyone wanting a great family holiday.
