Villa Anna Maria is part of a private two-villa complex. Each villa enjoys its own private pool and facilities, though please note that some outdoor areas may be overlooked due to the layout of the enclave. Guests have exclusive use of Villa Anna Maria, with full private access to all indoor and outdoor areas of the property.

Internal Living : Arranged over two levels, Anna Maria Villa feels light, comfortable and quietly refined—created for easy group living without sacrificing privacy. The open-plan sitting and dining area connects naturally with the fully equipped kitchen, forming a welcoming hub for shared meals and relaxed evenings. Three bedrooms are thoughtfully placed across the home, including one on the ground floor, while two well-appointed bathrooms—one with a shower and one with a bathtub—ensure smooth, everyday comfort for families and friends.
