Simply wonderful

This is a really wonderful place: a wonderful house with a nice swimming pool, very nice rooms, a nice kitchen and a wonderful view. We really loved the place. And the hospitality of the house owners is something we've never experienced before: just amazing. To rent this house is more than highly recommendable..

We had an amazing stay in this villa. Everything was spotless, modern and beautiful. The garden and pool were great for lazy days relaxing. The host Evina was so helpful with suggestions for beaches and restaurants. She even made bookings for us and contacted us most days to ask if we needed anything. We hired a car which I would say is a must. Lovely local taverna 10 minutes walk away. Would recommend without hesitation

Spitzen Betreuung, aber das Haus lĂ€sst zu WĂŒnsche ĂŒbrig

Vorab: wir machen Urlaube dieser Art mehrmals im Jahr und kennen dementsprechend Preis und Leistung fĂŒr HĂ€user dieser Art in Europa. Nun zu den Details: Der Empfang und die Betreuung vor Ort ist herausragend und der Außenbereich ebenfalls sehr schön. Im Innenraum passt allerdings leider nichts. Die geschossenen Bilder tĂ€uschen. Verlegte Heizungsrohre sind offen in jedem Zimmer zu sehen (NotdĂŒrftig wurde ihier ein PlatiksbehĂ€lter drĂŒber gestĂŒlpt, nach dem Motto, Rohre sind da, mal schauen, ob wir eine Heizung noch anschließen), die TĂŒrklinken kommen einem bereits entgegen, genauso wie die Gummis an den Fenstern, die sich dadurch teilweise nur schlecht schließen lassen.Viele gute Ideen wurden hier schlecht in den RĂ€umen und mit wirklich wenig QualitĂ€t umgesetzt. Ärgerlich, vor allem wenn es um technische GerĂ€te wie die SpĂŒlmaschine geht, Geschirr wird hier leider nicht richtig sauber. Wir hatten trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub, schon alleine wegen dem herrlichen Wetter und der fabelhaften Betreuung vor Ort. Es wurde sich immer um alles gekĂŒmmert und wir bekamen einen exzellenten Service. Fazit: es gibt fĂŒr den Preis bessere HĂ€user auf der Insel, wo Preis und QualitĂ€t stimmt, wir wĂŒrden dieses Haus nicht noch mal buchen.

Traumhaft

Es war ein Traum von Urlaub. Die Villa entsprach genau den Vorgaben. Jeden Morgen kam der GĂ€rtner und kĂŒmmerte sich um den Pool und den Garten. Sogar der Griller wurde nach Gebrauch geputzt. Das einzige was die wunderbare Stille etwas störte, waren die zahlreichen Zrikaden, die ihre Paarungsrufe lautstark in die Welt zirpten (Sarkasmus ende).

Wonderful place

What amazing modern property. It was very clean on arrival which we all know is very important. Fantastic private setting with loads of seating around the large pool. Its great to have the pool & BBQ cleaned each morning. The guy arrives early so you dont see him. The cleaners arrived mid stay to change the bedding and clean. Evina was a great host. Fast wifi. We would highly recommend and we have booked again for this October.

First of all, the house is very nice and quiet (except if you have loud neighbors ;-). We were a family of 4 people and had a lot of space. there's a safe in every bedroom. the house is very well equipped. You will find, everything you need to wash the dishes and clothes. Also butter, cheese, wine, oil, cafĂ© etc... We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house to friends and family. Evina is a very nice host ! She was very helpful and gave us good advice. And some present before going back home ( thanks again). For cat lovers, this place is paradise đŸ„° if you want to visit the island you need a car. We couldn't find a better place to spend our holiday!

Sehr netter Empfang und ganz tolle und liebevolle Betreuung! Evina hat uns mit selbst gebackenem Kuchen, frischem Obst und Knabbereien versorgt. Der eigene Wein hat ebenso köstlich geschmeckt. Der KĂŒhlschrank war fĂŒr eine erste Mahlzeit gefĂŒllt. Das Haus wird regelmĂ€ĂŸig gereinigt und Garten und Pool ganz frĂŒh am Morgen ebenso. Das Haus liegt irgendwo in den Bergen Kretas und am Strand ist man in ca. 15 Minuten. Auto ist dringend nötig. Die nette Katze am Haus hatte unser Herz gewonnen! Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub!!

Tolle Villa mitten im Nichts

Alles hat wie verabredet geklappt. Die Route vom Flughafen zum Haus stimmte genau und wir wurden bereits erwartet. Sehr netter Empfang. Es wartete zusĂ€tzlich ein großer Obstteller nebst gut gefĂŒllten KĂŒhlschrank fĂŒr das nĂ€chste FrĂŒhstĂŒck auf uns. Außerdem bekamen wir einen großen GemĂŒsekorb am nĂ€chsten Tag vom GĂ€rtner mit Tomaten, Auberginen und Paprika auf den Tisch gestellt. Soviel könnten wir zu viert kaum essen. Das Haus entsprach genau den Beschreibungen und war modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Pool wurde tĂ€glich gereinigt, Haus in den 10 Tagen 3 mal gereinigt inklusive BettwĂ€schewechsel. Weiterhin erhielten wir gute Tipps von der Gastgeberin zu Restaurants und Touren in die Umgebung. Außerdem wurden wir innerhalb der Tage mit Kuchen und frischen Eiern versorgt. Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt mit tollen Gastgebern und voll empfehlenswert. Einzigster Nachteil war die einsame Lage mit völliger Ruhe. Wer hier abendliche Aktion sucht ist fehlen Platz. Aber das suchten wir ja. Es war wunderschön. Danke fĂŒr alles an unsere Gastgeberin Evina.

Ein Traum!

Die Villa ist ein Traum! Alles ist genauso wie beschrieben und abgebildet und sogar noch schöner. Wir wurden extrem herzlich von der Gastgeberin Evina empfangen mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen und einem vollen KĂŒhlschrank mit Basics und Obst. Neben dem Haus befindet sich ein GemĂŒsegarten ( Tomaten, Zucchini, Paprika, Auberginen ) aus dem man sich bedienen darf, außerdem kam jeden morgen ein GĂ€rtner, der zusĂ€tzlich auch noch frisches GemĂŒse mitbrachte. Jeden 3. Tag wurde das Haus gereinigt. Die Resaurant- und Beachempfehlungen von Evina waren hervorragend! Wir können von unserem Aufenthalt nur positives Berichten und die Villa wĂ€rmstens empfehlen! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder:-)))

Everything Excellent

We (2 adults and two teenager) were lucky to get the opportunity to spend 2 weeks ( June-July 2018) in this beautiful villa. Everything was perfect, starting with the welcome cake at our arrival date and a filled fridge with everything you need to „survive“ the first 24 hours. Following perfect cleaning and pool service (over the whole periode) by the friendly staff and excellent support by Evina our contact person. Since reality is even better than the pictures we will definitely come back to stay once again in this house. Really amazing and an excellent choice. In addition the location in the center of the island is very concenient to discover many places Evina, once again thanks a lot !,,

Perfekt!

Wir sind total begeistert! Das Haus ist neu, modern und stilvoll, gepflegt, gerĂ€umig und komfortabel, zu jedem Schlafraum gehört ein Bad. Die Gartenanlage mit Pool ist schön angelegt und wird tĂ€glich von einem GĂ€rtner gepflegt. Alle drei Tage kommt eine Frau zur Reinigung. Es gibt einen KrĂ€uter- u. GemĂŒsegarten, aus dem man sich bedienen darf (Tomaten, Auberginen, Paprika, Rosmarin, Thymian,...). Das Haus liegt etwas landeinwĂ€rts, das ist mit Auto aber kein Problem. In ca. 5-10 Min. ist man in den nĂ€chsten Ortschaften und am nĂ€chsten Strand. Wir waren aber auch begeistert von Evinas Gastfreundschaft. Sie hat uns nach unserer Ankunft abends im Dunkeln an einem Treffpunkt abgeholt und zum Haus gebracht. Dort standen schon Brot und KĂ€se, FrĂŒchte, ein leckerer Kuchen, Wein und Raki fĂŒr uns. Vielen Dank nochmal fĂŒr diesen freundlichen Empfang, Evina! Auch fĂŒr die Dauer des Aufenthaltes stand sie uns bei Bedarf zur VerfĂŒgung. Wir haben die Tage in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen!

A beautiful modern property, couldn’t ask for more!

Evina was so welcoming, it was a home away from home. We arrived to a freshly backed cake and the villa was immaculate, the decor was beautiful and it had everything we could have asked for! very nice, modern and calm - perfect for relaxing in a nice surrounding

Vilania Villa on Crete was the perfect location for a relaxing holiday! The hosts were friendly, helpful and very obliging. As we arrived a freshly made cake was waiting for us, beside some Greek Raki, home-made wine and fresh fruits. We got some text messages with recommendations during our stay and as we had to leave, we even got some country-specific gifts. The best care we ever had from any hosts! Every early morning a gardener came to clean the pool and to tidy up the BBQ-area oft he garden. He was very quiet, we didn’t notice his appearance. During our one week stay, even a cleaner came to clean the house, to change the towels and to change the linings. The Villa itself had a very modern and straight style, what we prefer instead of the typical mediterranean style. We loved it. The kitchen was fully equipped, everything was clean and tidy. Every sleeping room had its own washroom/bath and SAT-TV and all rooms/windows were protected by fly screens. The surrounding was great for relaxing: no noise, no traffic, a nice view towards the sea on the pool side and towards Crete’s highest mountain backyards. We absolutely recommend a stay there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa as well as exploring beautiful, rugged Crete. The children loved the pool-even at the beginning of April! This villa was in a perfect situation for exploring Crete and we would recommend it highly to anyone who enjoyed stunning beaches, walks and relaxation. The owners were extremely helpful offering advice when asked -especially regarding fantastic restaurants-all with a very warm and friendly welcome.

Our stay in skouloufia was awesome! Elvina is very nice, welcoming and friendly hosts. They picked up us at a neighbor village, it was very late. The nature in the area is amazing!
