Halki Sea House, Luxury villa by the sea

The 19th century newly renovated “Halkiseahouse” is comprised of two floors. Both floors feature infrastructure of high – quality and austere aesthetics with all modern appliances, amenities and comforts.
The house offers two bedrooms featuring direct access to the large terrace. The bedrooms are communicating by external private staircase, one located on the first floor and one on the ground floor, and can accommodate up to four (4) people.

The first floor of 70 sqm. has direct access from the street level through a few steps and offers:
A bedroom with a king-size bed (which can be turned into twin singles)
A large sitting and dining area (with a sofa – bed)
A fully equipped kitchen
A large bathroom with a polished cement shower unit, ceramic sink as well as bronze shower and link faucets.
Large windows let all the rooms benefit from the view, the light and the sea – breeze.
A lovely antique door leads from the sitting area to the 15 sqm. balcony.

The balcony includes a built – in lounge with pillows, a dining table and chairs, a chaise longue and a large umbrella. It allows total privacy as well as a generous view of the sea and the village.
Eleven steps will lead you to the ground floor terrace: a paved area of 80 sqm. which gives direct access to the sea by a private staircase.

The ground floor :
On the ground floor is located the second bedroom of the house a single – spaced area of 25 sqm., (11x2) with its own independent and direct access from the street level through a private staircase and the terrace. A beautiful room, fully equipped with a bathroom, a small kitchen and a built – in king size bed. It’s designed to accommodate two (2) persons. The lovely antique door leads directly to the beautiful terrace, which also happens to be the largest on the island. A paved area of 80 sqm. which gives direct access to the sea by a private staircase.
