Customer service is impeccable! Lovely guy sorted it all for us and even let us use hotel pool after checkout as flight so late. Please book this is a fabulous villa, great pool, can walk to restaurants and a little “strip”. We hired a car for beaches and trips but loads of scooter hire places too. No loud nightlife, go to Paradise Cafe for excellent service and great prices greek food.

Fantastic properties located close to all the restaurants in Kolymbia. Clean and well stocked (the owners provided welcome bottles of wine, fizzy drinks, and a fruit bowl on the table). Beuatiful private pool in a well maintained garden - gardener seemed to be around watering plants most mornings and the cleaners changed towels and gave the floors a good mop daily. Location is superb. water sports and beaches a short walk or drive away, a small cocktail bar within 5 mins walk. Everyone so friendly. Lindos 30/40 minutes down the road, Rhodes old Town about the same in other direction. Manuel - the owner - so friendly. Came round and gave advice (never any pressure to book through him, no hard sell; he comes, chats and leaves, so refreshing to have sincere local knowledge - he gave us a list of his favourite restaurants and we tried a number of them. all excellent local tavernas) Relaxing holiday location that I would thoroughly recommend.
