In the beautiful , serene and natural environment, with olive trees, Cyprees trees, banana and pine trees, and boukamvillias, a mere, 3min from the beach, we have created an additional new independent luxurious villa to compliment "Alegria Villas" Complex. It has private swimming pool, wifi, BBQ, play ground, and are of extremely superior standards. It has been built of stone and designed in traditional Zakynthian architecture, but with hi tech amenities.


It has its own swimming pool, parking and private gardenmeasuring approximately 600 meters which have barbecue and Eco children play ground (with tree houses). The main living area has one double bedroom, living room ), with fireplace and satellite television, bathroom, kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and all other necessary electrical equipment and air conditioning, TV and WIFI . They also have attics which is basically a cozy Slipping area for three people . One more guest can sleep in the living room.
The use of local traditional materials such as stone, timber, bricks and other ecological materials produced on the island and also the exquisite interior decoration has been successful in creating an extremely relaxing haven.


From the verandas the view is also exquisite. Olive groves, the never-ending Ionian Sea and last but not least, very near (3-5 min walking), the sands that host the famous Caretta-Caretta turtles. Alternatively there is,of course, your own personal swimming pool your Private SPA and garden.
