Hotel was lovely, staff were nice and spoke good English. How ever all the other holiday makers were French as this hotel is a French based hotel something we didn't find out until we arrived, all the entertainment was in French and even the tv in the bed room was in French! Food was good with plenty of choices. So if you are English I would strongly recommend staying in a different hotel as me and my partner felt very isolated and very much the odd ones out!
Did not get prior notification that this hotel was primarily for french nationalities. I did not see any reviews that referred to this. We were the only English speaking couple there. All signage & spa literature was in french. All activities were also for french speaking guests. Would not have booked this hotel if I had been made aware, the holiday WAS SPOILT because we couldn't interact with anyone or join in anything as all the entertainment was also in french.
VERY VERY DISSAPOINTED
