We were on the first floor so ground floor. When we got to our room it was quite warm so we turned it down to 69. The air would blow for a minute then stop. I call down to the front desk to let them know our AC wasn’t working and he said “maam it is 35 degrees outside, I don’t think the AC will work” so I said “well our room is hot” he said “have you tried cracking a window” I then hung up. We are on the GROUND FLOOR….. the windows are sliding windows that you could literally step into our room. There was no protective screen or anything so opening the window overnight wasn’t really an option. Conveniently we were across the interstate from a prison as well……other than that situation. Id recommend not requesting the ground floor.

It’s clean smelling- the staff is always friendly. I hope they are able to update the stairs carpeting and the outside as it is a little rundown. Overall, it’s always an enjoyable stay.
