We booked a superior room with Expedia and were out in an interior cubbyhole of a room with no outside view whatsoever. We were charged $1600 pesos in addition to what we had already paid Expedia for both nights to upgrade to a slightly better room. They blamed Expedia for poor room descriptions and for using same pictures for all room types. Very disappointing

I can't even begin to tell you how wonderful and nice the staff at this Hotel are, very kind, accomodating and helpful. Really amazing in everyday. Great location in a very beautiful city.

AC worked perfect , all was clean, perfect location downtown, breakfast every morning. I would say just double check what room you are in if you want a balcony front view- I swear that’s what the pictures showed but I did not get that room. Overall though - good hotel!

The bathroom is always smelly, I think it is because no fun in the bathroom and the smell come from upper floor, it makes the whole room smelly. The bed mattress is too soft; we feel back pain next day morning. We booked 2 nights but decided to check out after 1 night. The front desk staff was friendly. The location is good, which is close to many places to visit, but we won't pick this hotel anymore.
