This hotel was an excellent choice for my business trip. The front desk staff provided professional and friendly service—they assisted with my late check-in request promptly and answered all my questions about meeting facilities clearly. The room was well-maintained and clean, with a spacious desk that made working easy. Its convenient location, within walking distance to the conference center and several business restaurants, saved me a lot of time on commuting. I’ll definitely consider it for future business visits.

Budget location but not a budget price

The Laiste apartment that I stayed in was relatively comfortable and relatively clean. The building has a bit of a sketchy feeling, not that you are unsafe, it's just not nice. Definitely a budget location, but the price was more than I think it should have been. It is basically a residential area with a couple of buildings converted to these "hotel / apartments". The local area had convenience stores and some good local street side restaurants. It was a very "local" experience, not a pampered 5 Start hotel experience. Probably not quite worth the price.
