O imóvel está localizado de frente para uma das principais avenidas, bem movimentada, próximo de mercados, farmácias e padaria. Apartamento simples, de conforto razoável. Somente não gostamos pelo fato de não ter ducha higiênica no banheiro e pelo cheiro forte dos colchões e almofadas.

Apartamento muito bom, limpo e bem localizado e mesmo sendo 1 dormitório é espaçoso. Muito bom e com todos os utensílios necessários para uso do dia a dia. ( só levei roupa de cama e esqueci dos travesseiros rsrsrssrsr ) o restante tudo tinha lá. Agora cabe a nós locatários zelar e cuidar durante o período que locamos o imóvel. O prédio tem piscina, pequena, mas deliciosa ( a turma amou ), no prédio tem duas churrasqueiras, uma ao lado da piscina. Estava esquecendo o proprietário é muito atencioso e prestativo, tira todas as duvidas. Outro ponto forte do imóvel é a atenção dos funcionários e moradores do prédio, todos são super atenciosos. Super ameeeiiiiii!!!! E recomendo com certeza!.

Estadia AP praia da enseada

O apartamento está localizado em uma avenida bastante movimentada a cerca de quatro quarteirões da praia. O horário do chequim é um pouco complicado as 22hs. O apartamento estava limpinho, porem os colchões estavam úmidos e alguns com partes molhadas, a sorte é que no dia seguinte fez muito sol, então foi possível seca-los. O proprietário cumpriu certinho o combinado, foi bom o passeio o apartamento é bom.
