Our condo is perfectly situated on the 15th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and a 50" HDTV in the 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queens in the 2nd bedroom and a Queen and twin trundle in the 3rd bedroom for sleeping up to 10.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

The unit was beautiful. It was exactly as described. Only issue was ice maker in bar needed filter changed. We reported it and were told it would be fixed the next day but no one ever came to replace filter. Will stay again. Beach was steps away from property and pools were great for little children. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Already talking about booking for next year!

Fantastic Property

This place was amazing and the perfect location for our multi generational vacation! Everything was clean in our unit and the condo employees were always cleaning the public spaces. Beautiful views, easy access to beach and restaurants, and the kids loved the pools. Would definitely recommend going here.

Awesome week

We are from Florida and surrounded by beaches but wanted something different so we packed up the crew and came here. Gulf shores was perfect for our pre-teen children! Only one rainy day and we explored. Great food around, condo was in perfect spot for everything! Met great people at the awesome pool ! Cooked a lot and went out as well for meals but kitchen perfect for big crowd! Will definitely go back

Phoenix 2002 Gulf Shores

There were 12 family members in this beautiful condo. So much room! TV’s in every room. Three bathrooms. Air conditioning and ceiling fans made it so comfortable! The pools were perfect! Hot tubs, slide. The best vacation I’ve ever had! I will book it again and tell my friends about it.

After Christmas stay - it was ok

Overall the place was clean and nice, however a few things: 1. The toilet seat in the primary bedroom appeared dirty at first - no it was nicked in multiple places. For the nightly rate I would think a new toilet seat could be afforded. 2. We walked one day to find work being done on the ice machine at the wet bar. We weren't informed in any way that anyone would come into the condo and were taken aback. As we had received emails and texts from the rental company and the front desk had the same information, notification would have been appreciated. 3. When we checked in, we weren't offered the codes to get in and out of the beach gates and workout room. I would think this would be standard practice to give this information. I specifically had to ask for it. 4. The chairs in the living area are showing their age with dirt on the arms. They could use a good cleaning or replacement. 5. The queen bed in the primary suite came with only 2 sleeping pillows. Extra pillows were not in the closet. 6. No hangers were available in any of the closets. 7. The products to start you out - toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, soap, shampoo were of very low quality. 8. The initial email sent to me with instructions and the door code was missing information on how to contact the internet company (which if there was a problem I was to call per the email) and the parking rate area was left blank. I had to email back and ask for that information to be completed.

Condo is great! Could use a few extra blankets and items to keep clean while guests stay (ie counter cleaner for after cooking and eating, and a scrub brush to clean dishes after cooking).

A great place to stay.

I loved the view from our patio door and from the living room! Very spacious, felt like home with the waves crashing in my back yard. The only thing was the commode in the Master is somewhat loose/ rocky. That is all i can say but 10 outta 10, u get a 12! I will vacation and use that spot again. Thanks so much!

Loved It!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Plenty of room for our family. My youngest loved the bean bag. Our kids loved the pool slide at this complex. Had an issue with a broken toaster and broken broom and contacted owner. Owner responded quickly and replaced both items. Can't wait to stay again. We didn't want to leave.

Nice Unit!

Phoenix Gulf Shores was fabulous! Our condo was lovely and the service/communication was excellent. I would highly recommend this location. The only area that was problematic was that even though we paid for front row chairs at the beach, others were able to set up tents, chairs, etc. in front of us without consequence. If you can live with that, this area is beautiful!

As beautiful as it looks !

We were thrilled to see the condo was just as beautiful as the pictures showed. There was a ton of room and we all had our own spaces. The building was beautiful and perfectly located. After seeing other condos (in other "hotels") our other family members stayed in, we were so happy and relieved we chose this property.

Very clean building with friendly staff!

Very clean and beautiful views of the ocean. The staff was very friendly, especially Henry! It was nice having security keeping an eye on things. Every time we went to an area someone was cleaning something! The only thing I could think of for improvement would be to offer people an earlier check in option because 4:30 was a little late. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
