Gulf Shores, Alabama is a family-friendly beachfront town. Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. Two parking passes are included in your quoted price ($30 each for short-term stays/$50 each for monthly stays, prices subject to change) and will be delivered to your condo before you arrive. They must be displayed in your windshield.
3. No Smoking in home or on balcony.
4. Two Dogs up to 25lbs welcome, $250 non-refundable dog fee per animal; pre-registration is required.
5. Please be advised that dogs are not permitted to use the bathroom on the property. All dogs must be walked off-site for bathroom breaks.
6. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
7. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Unit itself was wonderful, listing was saying freshly renovated, the unit could be, but the property was under renovation a lot of noise early morning for a vacation place, dirty and at the end the elevator broke, being at the 6th floor was very inconvenient

Construction warning

The condo was very nice and everything was furnished that we needed. Loved the surround outdoor deck. Beautiful views! The building is undergoing a rehab. A little confusing when we arrived trying to find the elevator. Worst problem is construction noise and dust. Forget trying to take a nap during the day. If you are out and about during the daytime, the construction won’t bother you.

Great view! Short walk to the Beach!

The location is great! The view from the porch was amazing. The condo was clean. The beds comfy. The only issues were the microwave stopped working and we never guven a solution during the stay. Our main complaint was there was construction going on during our stay. They were grinding on the exterior which at times was very loud. We were notified before had about the construction but it was still annoying. All that said it wasn't enough to ruin our stay. We would definatly stay here again after the construction is over.

Baseball week

We had fun. The condo itself was very nice. I feel like we should have been told before booking about construction. Overall, it didn't affect us. The lighting needs to be better in the elevator. There needs to be more paper products provided. I'm on vacation. I shouldn't have to think about toilet paper.

The area is beautiful and loved the close access to beach. We found several issues with the condo which should have been caught by the management company prior to our arrival. I contacted the management company and they only addressed one of seven issues during our 3 week stay.

The Besties Best Trip

This was our first of many Besties Trip. We have been friends since the six grade. When I sent out several vacay properties in the area, we all agreed on the same one. The condo was just as pictured just in HD in person. The beach is truly a 5 min walk. We enjoyed the whole experience!
