BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a âstarter packâ of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

The view of the beach and Gulf Shores is simply amazing. The condo was clean and well decorated, too, allowing for a relaxing place to wrap up 2025 and bring in 2026. We hope to stay here again!
It was very enjoyable but there were a couple of things that kept me from giving 5 stars. The first thing was what I was told about trying to figure out the TV's which are on Dish Network. I was told to call the number of the TV provider. I don't subscribe to their service. I was 500.00 a day to stay there and use the amenities. I would suggest it would be very simple to have a printed sheet by each TV stating how to turn on the satellite and tv and then go to the menu. I did figure it out eventually. Just wasn't impressed with "Call the provider." Secondly some of the kitchen pans needed to be replaced--the frying pan especially and I would suggest adding a sauce pan. I boiled eggs in a stainless steel bowl. As I said, we truly enjoyed our stay and the view was great. Just a couple of small things I thought to mention.
We stayed in 2301 at Island Tower. The views of the Gulf and the sunrise were amazing! Everything was as expected and I dont think we could have asked for anything better. I highly recommend!
Very nice accommodations, enough room and areas for all to be comfortable.
It would have been nice to have hangers in the closets, as there were only 5 in the whole condo for 4 people with a weeks worth of clothes and no place to hang them. The TV's in the bedrooms were not working and we received no communication on how to get them working after contacting you, and we never got a good code to use the fitness center/sauna/steam room or the indoor pool.
Great condo. Stayed with family. There were 7 of us. The couch does pull out. Two separate balconies and two primary bedrooms. There were some issues with the smoke detectors and we had to handle it on our own after they told me someone was coming to fix it. Overall very nice
Gorgeous views, & easy access to to beach. Minor issues were taken care of immediately.
Lots of activities to do within walking distance or a very short drive. One suggestion would be to have a couple of plastic cups & plates for small kids.
We were a party of three generations (4 adults and 2 teens) and found the space to be just right for our needs thanks to the three bathrooms. The property was updated in 2021 (except for the master bath) so everything was new and beautiful (save for the brown walls). The owners have thought of many details that I always seek out when renting--a well-stocked kitchen complete with storage containers for leftovers, black-out curtains in bedrooms, comfortable furniture and beds, lovely outdoor spaces, etc. Be sure to bring your own salt & pepper, aluminum foil, etc. Parking was never an issue, although the elevators were slow at times. Beach access is down a short boardwalk, and chairs and umbrellas are available for daily rental through an outside vender, which we took advantage of each day as we didn't have space to bring our own. The pool was nicely shaded by the building and not very crowded. The condo is within walking distance of shopping, a coffee shop, a few restaurants, and a park (2-8 blocks). Overall quite a nice experience, and we would definitely stay here again!
