Before booking, read the cancellation policy closely. Unfortunately I came down with the flu the evening before my stay. I called the hotel in the morning and told them I wasn't going to be able to come. They said, with no exceptions, day of cancellations were not allowed. I wasn't looking to get all my money back, I understand they have a business to run. Being flexible to slide my reservation to another weekend would have been helpful and courteous.

Heater wouldn’t work, no fan in the bathroom so moisture was building up on the windows. Both mornings at the breakfast bar the women was so so rude and they were out of everything, or at least that’s what she said! Several times we would hear children running down the halls for 10 mins until 11 pm, called the front desk but it never stoped. Very disappointing threw an threw

The room was clean and staff friendly, breakfast was great. I didn't like that they only had a king bed available (which I understood) but on top of a pricy room charged extra per night for a cot.
