The staff were courteous and the room was clean. We also enjoyed the pool and that area was clean. The location of the hotel is great - we enjoyed a walk by the waterfront one evening. I was disappointed that there was not a chest of drawers in the room, so there was no place to put clothes. Thank you.

This hotel is getting very tired and needs a refresh. The blackout blind was tattered and torn in our room and the desk chair was also tattered and torn. The bathroom needs a serious upgrade. The shower curtain was grubby and the drain in the tub of the shower was rusty and severely chipped. The hallway corridor is very beaten and the finishes were poor. The heating/air conditioning unit in the room is old, seemed dusty and didnt have digital display so you had no idea what temperature you were setting your room to. The bed was confortable enough and clean enough. Your only other choice for that very convenient location in the heart of downtown Burlington close to restaurants and bars and the view of Lake Ontario is the new hotel next door which is twice the price of this hotel.

Wish i could give 0 stars, the guy behind the desk was very rude and not helpful, basically told us to elsewhere and he didnt want to serveus. There was no tv remote & the tv was completely blurry/fuzzy. Didnt tell us where anything was or anything about breakfast. Bed was rock hard and so uncomfortable. Shower wasnt as clean as it should have been. I will be telling everyone i know to go elsewhere. What a great way to start 2026 :)
