Relax at this new 3-bedroom, 3-bath one-level farmhouse across street from Watauga Lake in the Cherokee National Forest, and the mountain towns of Elizabethton, Johnson City, Bristol, Boone, Banner Elk, Grandfather Mountain, and West Jefferson.

Fish Springs Marina is just across the street, with LakeShore, Cove Ridge and Mallard Cove all within 5 minutes. Watauga Point and Shook Branch recreation areas within 5 minutes. Abundant hiking in the area, or relax and enjoy the lake and mountain views from the community firepits. Dog friendly, dog park, plenty of room to roam. Looking for somewhere to eat, or something to do? Just reach out - we're happy to help!

The home sleeps up to 8 guests, with queen beds in all 3 bedrooms plus 2 twin rollaway beds for added flexibility. There’s plenty of room to bring your boat and trailer.

Towels (but not beach towels) and linens are provided for all beds. A starter supply of paper and cleaning products are also provided. The kitchen is well-stocked with enough dishes, utensils, serving pieces and pots and pans so you can cook to your heart's content. Don't want to cook? The Crabby Cafe is just down the street as well as a Dollar General.

Conveniently located just off Hwy 321, the farmhouse sits within Lake Haven Family Campground. The RV sites are set a comfortable distance from the house, but guests are welcome to enjoy the campground’s spacious common areas, dog park, and sunset firepit with mountain and lake views.

Prefer privacy? The home also has its own fenced backyard with a private firepit — and we provide the firewood.
