Surrounded by lush mountains and waterfalls, the setting is peaceful and scenic.
Recently updated with thoughtful details throughout, the home features a full kitchen with high-end appliances, a breakfast bar, and an open living area with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. Thereâs also a dining table for six, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV for relaxing after a day of exploring.
Step outside to the covered wrap-around lanai with beautiful mountain views, perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. The property sits at the end of a cul-de-sac and now includes a fenced yard for added privacy and safety, along with new landscaping. Guests can also enjoy a private outdoor wellness setup with a gym, sauna, and cold plunge.
The home comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms, all with A/C. Two bedrooms are king suites with en-suite bathrooms, and the third bedroom features two twin beds with access to a shared bathroom.

This property has been nicely renovated and appointed for a vacation rental. And, the location is just incredible! The main room gets really hot between noon - 7p. There is only one ceiling fan, no A/C unit and not enough of a cross breeze to cool the space. Immediately when we arrived, I called the host to ask about a portable cooling unit or some other option to cool that space. We walked into the house at 3p (after traveling for 10 hours), and it was way too warm in there. The host said he would look into it. He never called or texted back, even to check in. I rent a bunch from VRBO and in expensive areas. Overall, the rate for the house is very fair, yet the total fees for this property felt excessive. Also, the level of a detailed clean could be improved.
Beautiful and very clean property located in the perfect location. We were just a short walk to the most beautiful beaches in all of Kauai! The beds were very comfortable with the most comfortable bedding and pillows. The open floor plan and furnishings were gorgeous. We loved sitting on the porch while listening to the rain. We will love to stay here again in the future.
My family and I had a wonderful stay here for so many reasons and I would highly recommend this property to anyone! The one negative review this property has about being overpriced is just wrong - the reviewers were clearly clueless in not knowing the market (northern Kauai is the nicest and most expensive part of the island). In fact, we found this property to be a great deal for what you received:
1) Four minute walk to the beach (no, it's not right on the beach and you have to walk - but if you want a property right on the beach you will pay 2.5x to 3x more as I did plenty of research). The area of the beach the pathway lets you out on is virtually secluded and stunning. Another 4-5 minute walk left and you will be at Tunnels beach, which is well worth the walk.
2) Beautifully renovated brand new home with no expenses spared. Seriously, it was so nice it felt like it was a Four Seasons hotel. All the amenities and appliances were top of the line and the owner clearly spared no expense. This home stands out on the cul-de-sac it is located on.
3) The owner also provided so many extra amenities that were unexpected...for example, 10 high end beach chairs, 3 beach umbrellas, etc. There was also no shortage of toiletries and other items needed within the home.
4) Super quiet street. The home is one home in from the road, but as the other reviews share, it is quiet as traffic at night is non-existent in this area.
5) Great management company - we had one small issue with the dishwasher when we arrived and they immediately came that morning to fix it. They were wonderful to deal with and made the whole process seamless.
I could go on and on but as you can tell from my review, we will definitely be returning!
We loved the practical layout of the house with itâs 3 bedrooms and itâs light open style modern interior. It had all the amenities. Fun artwork and thoughtful design. Location is walking distance to tunnels beach. No street noise, nice cul de sac with similar homes. Highly recommended!
