Unique quirky hotel. Very comfortable rooms. Amazing laundry service. The staff were so welcoming and helpful especially Hanh the manager. She was so kind and went out of her way to arrange transport and a guide for our trip to Sapa. Thank you so much! I would love to stay here again.

とてもコスパは良いホテルです。

前回（5ヶ月前）朝食が素敵で、また泊まりたいと思い再泊しました。室内は、清潔でとても快適でしたが、前回もそうですが窓が無いお部屋に1泊の私は気になりませんでしたが、今回は息苦しさを感じました。最大の再泊ポイントの朝食は8回の見晴らしが良い場所ですが、今回は前回に比べて味付けはまあまあですが、品数が少なく、何か期待を下回りました。ホテル環境的にロッテセンターから夜は遠く色々な食堂はありますが、静かにお茶の飲める場所が無く、結局ホテルの室内にコンビニで色々買って持ち込みました。最後にTVの案内が不親切で、翌朝ゆっくり１２時のチェックアウト迄、ゆっくりしようと思いましたが、視聴がが出来なかった（前回もそうだったかも？？）のは、私的には期待が多かっただけに物足りない無かったのは、否めません。

よいホテルでした

普段口コミ書かないのですが、日本人が少なくなり、残って欲しいので。 初めてのベトナム、2泊しました 1泊6,500円のデラックスルーム。部屋の広さは十分で、深いバスタブもありました 朝食は6:30〜9:30、バイキングプラスフォーとオムレツはその場で調理。屋上には無料のジャグジーがあり、3アイテムまで無料のランドリーサービスあり。 次回も必ず泊まります！

快適さは皆無だった。

エアコンが壊れていた。寝ている間に直っていたので、今度は寒すぎて大変でした。布団をめくったら毛が落ちていて清掃に疑問あり。洗面台は水詰まり。もう行かないと思う。

清潔でよかったです 周辺はコンビニやレストラン、カフェなどあり便利です お湯の出し方がわかりにくかったのと、洗面台の蓋がボタン式じゃなかったので蓋が回転して勝手に閉じてしまったのが、なんだかやりにくかったです サービスはとてもよいと思います
