A Memorable Stay at Epic Tower Swiss-Belresidences

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Epic Tower Swiss-Belresidences in Hanoi, and it was truly a remarkable experience. The excellent service provided by the staff made my stay unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, they were attentive and eager to assist with any request, making me feel valued as a guest. The rooms are cozy and well-appointed, featuring modern amenities that ensure comfort. The design is both stylish and functional, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Most importantly, the staff deserves special mention; their friendliness and professionalism set this hotel apart. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, making my stay not just enjoyable but memorable. I highly recommend Epic Tower Swiss-Belresidences for anyone visiting Hanoi!

It was ok. Duc Dung went above and beyond to help me get to sapa. I appreciate his support. Pool had algae and hover growth in its overflow catch...along with arachnids. Pretty gross.

Check in was good. We was greeted warmly, told that despite our short stay we should make the most of the facilities and informed of the pool and gym opening times, he even helped us when the keys were not working, and helped us find a shop when the restaurant was shut. Issues came on check out, we checked out on time. We asked if we can use the pool and gym as we had a later bus (less than 5 mins away, hence us booking this hotel) we were told yes of course but the pool was shut for the next few hours as itโ€™s raining. Less than 5 minutes later we were informed as we were checked out we cannot use any of the facilities. I asked why not, and what policy of a 5 star hotel is that, the manager then informed us this is a perfectly normal hotel policy. Iโ€™m not sure I agree? The property was practically empty, (half the rooms still have builders in) so Iโ€™m really not sure why. Also itโ€™s a 5 star hotel, Iโ€™m not sure Iโ€™ve seen any comparable hotels say we cannot. The manager went on to say if we paid we can use them. He did say as a good gesture we can use the toilets for free as a good gesture, and that this is all you โ€œcould expect on the day of check out from any other 5 star hotel. 5 minutes later he said we are allowed to use the facilities free of charge but at this point the visit had a sour taste. Insisted the policies are clear on the website, that when you check out you arenโ€™t allowed to use facilities

Ich hatte einen rundum groรŸartigen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Hanoi! Das gesamte Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt โ€“ man merkt sofort, dass hier auf Qualitรคt und Hygiene geachtet wird. Mein Zimmer war ordentlich, stilvoll eingerichtet und das Bett unglaublich bequem โ€“ perfekt fรผr erholsame Nรคchte nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt. Ein besonderes Highlight war das hauseigene Gym: modern ausgestattet und mit einer fantastischen Aussicht รผber Hanoi โ€“ da macht das Training gleich doppelt so viel SpaรŸ. Absolute Empfehlung auch fรผr die Rooftop Bar! Sie war ein echter Ruhepol mitten in der Stadt: sauber, sehr entspannt und mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht.
