RELAX ON ROYSTON is a lovely 4 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 10 guests, within walking distance to the beach, playground across the road and dog friendly - outside only. Free Wifi!
Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas stove top, microwave, dishwasher, K-Fee coffee pod machine & milk frother (BYO large pods), kettle, toaster, sandwich press, electric mixer. Dining area with table/chairs, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, living area with 2 x 3 seater lounges, 2 x coffee tables, large smart TV.
High chair.
Bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower, full size bath, w/c, front loading washing machine in the vanity cupboard.
Rear undercover deck with outdoor setting, outdoor cane lounge, bench with hooded 6 burner bbq plumbed to house gas, built in bar fridge. Fully fenced rear yard with clothesline, fish cleaning facility, fire pit - winter only - BYO wood.
Plenty of room for parking and the boat.
Shed not for guests use.
Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - Tri-bunk (double on bottom single on top), bed 4 - Tri-bunk (double on bottom single on top).
Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Spacious, quiet & kid friendly
A great location, only ashort drive to neach, on a quiet street across from a playground.
Backyard nice and big, outdoor deck is a great area to sit under in any weather and relax or eat. Inside a very spacious house with all you need. Very kid friendly with a bath and great sized rooms. Hosts were great to deal.with.

The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
A basic house not too far from the beach. Great Sony TV and lots of board games. Basic food products in the pantry and gladwrap, alfoil etc available despite advice from booking manager. BBQ outside is pretty good but we had to clean it thoroughly before use. For a house that can accommodate 10 ppl, there aren't enough chairs at the dining table. No outdoor chairs available, pictures show outdoor chairs but these are the inside chairs moved outside for taking the promo pictures. Inside was pretty dirty, only a cursory clean performed. Hair on floors, surfaces sticky, windows difficult to see through, bedding provided was dirty, lucky we brought our own. Microwave is on top of the fridge which is a safety issue if taking hot food out of it. Only one toilet that is within the main bathroom - was an issue if someone wanted a shower and someone else wanted toilet.
