En-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Large private balcony to sunbathe and dine outside. Decking with glass balustrades, romantic mood lights and a heat lamp.

Great panoramic views and spectacular sunrises.

Large heated indoor swimming pool, steam room, outdoor hot tub, weights gym. These facilities are shared with 2 holiday lets.

Access to large communal flower gardens with a gas BBQ and sun loungers.

The flat is located above the owners home. Your own private entrance door opens into a cloakroom, oak stairs (14 steps) then lead up to the flat.

Tastefully appointed

The location was great. Although the flat is fairly small, it is impeccably appointed, and everything fits well and works well. Chris showed us the amenities and gave us excellent information about local walks and hikes, which we thoroughly enjoyed.We enjoyed sitting in the spa after a day of long walks. We were able to charge our EV each night. All in all, a perfect stay.

Tranquility

No hassel,no fuss,a beautiful floral oasis .Seaview flat balcony was the extra room for morning sunshine ,a walk through the beautiful gardens and 600 acres to roam and explore. . Lovely Pett level beach close by and a scenic view around every corner .Flat had all we needed and flowers to greet us.Happy to meet,sorry to part. Thanks you Chris and Erick. Appreciated

Idyllic location

We really enjoyed our seven day stay at Covehurst Bay in May 2021. The apartment was really well appointed, comfortable and very homely. The owners were very friendly and provided loads of information about the local area including some maps detailing some fantastic walks. Highly recommended.

Perfect place for a couple

I booked this for my girlfriends 30th birthday for the two of us and it couldn't have been more perfect. Great hosts with a beautiful apartment, a great personalised touch on reception and milk, fruit and teas an coffees provided in the room was greatly appreciated. The garden was an absolute beauty of a space and we loved the pool and hot tub. Chris and Erick should be proud of what they have and i would love the opportunity to stay there again

Business over night stay

Great flat. Fob door access, high speed WiFi, smart room, lovely views, enjoyed the early morning hot tub, 40degrees temp..:) Erick was really friendly and professional in showing us around and on board for anything we required. Private and safe parking. Will surely be using this as our regular stay when we are up next in Hastings. Thanks for everything

Lovely place to stay

The Seaview flat was a lovely modern space with everything you need for your stay. Comfy bed and sofa with a lovely balcony with its sea view. Erik was so friendly and welcoming and made sure our stay was perfect. The use of the hot tub and pool is fab situated in lovely gardens. Highly recommended!!

Lovely peaceful stay , accommodation was spotless and all the added extras were a nice touch, fruit basket , pastries and much more. We pick this place because of the Jacuzzi and it lived up to our expectations. Would highly recommend staying here.

Brilliant location

The place was lovely, the grounds were beautiful, and the owners were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a couple trips into the nearby towns which are full of history, and had a lovely little hike down to a secluded nudest beach. There were many more walks and surrounding areas to see and our only regret is not being able to stay there longer.

Sea View Holiday Flat en de bijbehorende faciliteiten stonden garant voor 10 uitstekende vakantiedagen. De manager stond altijd voor ons klaar en we kregen al snel de indruk dat we de juiste keuze hadden gemaakt.(werkelijk prachtige, idyllische tuin) De mooie omgeving bood ons vele prachtige wandelroutes, die in combinatie met het gematigde weer erg veel voldoening gaven. Voor de rest biedt Hastings en omgeving talloze horeca- en recreatiegelegenheden, die makkelijk te bereiken waren met de goede taxi-service, dan wel met de wandelschoenen.

Perfect relaxing stay

What a lovely place to stay.we stayed in the Sea view apartment and it felt like more than just a room. Fresh flowers and a welcome hamper was such a lovely touch and information of the surroundings. The decor and lighting in the room also made the atmosphere relaxing and peaceful especially with the birds feeding right outside of the window. We could have watched them for ages! We felt very spoilt having a pool and hot tub available at all times to relax and enjoy and enjoyed the walks to the beach and trips to hastings old town which was only down the road. Would highly recommended and we would definitely stay again. Thank you :-)

Bijou apartment

Despite cold weather we were warm and snug in this special little place with a sea view! Lovely fittings, powerful shower, fluffy towels and good coat hangers. The pool was a great bonus and we used it every day. Great welcome basket and a beautiful bouquet of flowers. The gardens would be great in summer, as would all the walks around the nature reserve.

A perfect getaway

Right from the warm welcome and quick tour of the facilities, we started to relax and look forward to our stay. Every detail has been thought through, from the furnishings to the bumper welcome hamper. The top flat is small but it works so well that we did not feel cramped. The pool and hot-tub are as good as they look enticing in the photos, with so few other guests (3 cottages/apartments) it is easy to find the facilities to yourselves You are a couple of miles from town and few nearby facilities. The Coastguards Tearooms nearby is well worth visiting, limited hours. We walked into Hastings Old Town a few times along the 1066 way. The walk to the beach is worth it but difficult underfoot. Fire Hills Walk is easier. Two Sawyers is the perfect country gastro pub, we walked the 2 miles across the fields (slightly muddy in December) in preference to the busyish narrow roads. Overall, so much thought has been put into ensuring we had an enjoyable and restful stay. Thank you Chris and Eric!

Flat was lovely, pool and hot tub were great but the weather wasn’t fabulous so an awning over the hot tub would have been useful. Other than that, wonderful!
