Inviting beachfront condo featuring hot tub & pool, central AC, elevator, & deck

Wahoo Unit #102 is a first-floor suite that comes with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, three flatscreen TVs, two DVD players, and a stereo/CD player for your enjoyment. The Durant Station Condominiums offer spectacular ocean views from every property. This condo has a private oceanfront deck, as well as a sound-side deck for viewing colorful sunsets. Elevator service to all levels makes Durant Station a most convenient choice for all ages: no need to haul luggage and groceries up long flights of stairs! Guests are just a few short steps to the ocean via a private wooden walkway. The Hatteras area offers some of the best fishing and sunbathing on the East Coast.

At Durant Station, you'll enjoy a host of amenities, including one of Hatteras Island's largest private pools, with an adjacent hot tub available April 1st to January 2nd. The Durant Station Community Center is crowned by the original historic Durant Lifesaving Station tower, a rich piece of Hatteras Island's past. You'll find the Community Center ideal for relaxing with friends, conducting meetings, wedding parties and receptions, or simply enjoying the lounge areas, which offer a large-screen 50-inch plasma TV, and a complete kitchen on the upper level. The Durant Station complex consists of three floors, which start about 12 feet above the ground. All Durant Station condos have central AC, TV with streaming, Satellite HDTV with a DVR, high-speed WiFi for your devices, and solid surface counters in the kitchen.

Centrally located on the first floor is a coin-operated laundry facility with an ocean view. A large, separate fish-cleaning station, barbecue grills, and outdoor shower facilities complete the picture. The Durant Station Condominiums are located in Hatteras Village, oceanfront on Highway 12. Enjoy being beachfront and near local restaurants and shops.

This home has access to a community pool, the community pools in our area are typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Community pools are operated at the discretion of the community HOA so the availability schedule may be subject to change without notice.

Long weekend in Hatteras

Unit was clean and in a great location. Unit had all things in it to provide for your stay. The only thing that renters should be aware of is the property description says it sleeps 6. There's 2 bedrooms which sleep but it looks like the sleeper sofa has been replaced .

New Management Company-Missing the old company OuterBeaches

You can tell property is under new management. New keyless entry pad did not work after 3rd day there are took 2 days to resolve. We could not lave as we could not lock on way out. Nice furnishings but LR couch and chair show signs of wear. Bar soap in bathrooms would have been helpful to wash hands. Dish soap should be antibacterial. Would have been nice to have list of restaurants and stores and hours of operations. So many stores, restaurants, bakeries etc on limited schedule. Went to place that used to be open and they were not. Been coming to Durant for 30 years. Old Drant and new Durant, probably last time to go. All these factors and being 14 hours from home, just not like it used to be. Not impressed with Vacasa. Was to receive email the morning of checkin with opportunity for early check in. Never rec’d that email, had to call. Was not a happy vacation to be honest

Nous avons passĂ© un beau sĂ©jour dans ce condo, Wahoo. C’était notre 4e fois, avant avec une autre agence de location (Outer Beaches Realty), maintenant avec Vacasa. Cette fois-ci, nous avons vu des coquerelles vraiment trop grosse, c’est dĂ©courageant de voir ça, et surtout de penser que nous pouvons ramener ça Ă  la maison. C’est complĂštement dĂ©guelasse. J’aurais aimĂ© qu’il y ait des linges pour essuyez la vaisselle et pour laver des surface comme avant.
