The building is currently undergoing repiping work, which affects all ground-floor units. This may temporarily impact some ocean views, and the pool area is closed during construction (weekdays, 8:30 am–5:00 pm).
To reflect this, we’ve deeply discounted our nightly rate through the end of the year. Guests still enjoy direct beachfront access, walk-out convenience, and all the comforts of a well-equipped condo. If you’re out exploring the island or spending your days at the beach, this work may not affect you as much, and most visitors find it has little impact on their stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful private beach that made the whole trip feel extra special. The property is a little dated, but honestly, it was exactly what we were looking for—comfortable, relaxing, and a great value for the price.Kim was amazing to work with and incredibly accommodating, which made everything even smoother. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and enjoyable getaway.

Great location with some disappointments - no internet or pool access

This property has a beautiful location, just steps away from a quiet, sandy beach. We enjoyed the peaceful sound of the waves, as well as evening strolls along the beach watching the sea turtles come ashore for the evening. The condo itself could use some updating, but overall had everything we needed. Unfortunately the pool was closed for the duration of our stay, and we could not access the internet after the first day of our arrival. Normally this would not be too much of a bother for our family since we love to explore rather than sitting poolside, but unfortunately for this trip, our teenaged daughter needed to sit some hikes out due to an ankle sprain. Having no internet/tv/pool made the days that she and her sister stayed behind long. Our biggest frustration was that we reached out to the host numerous times for advice on how to connect the internet, with no response. Likewise with questions about the pool. She still has not replied to our messages. Expect very poor communication if you experience a problem.

Kim was our host and she was dynamite.The condo is dated but so what? You're on the ground floor and literally 25 yards from the water.We had one sea turtle come up and took a 15 hour nap on the sand right at one of the steps. He finned his way back to the water overnight.The only foot traffic is from this condo complex. The dryer dries waaaay fast and the freezer freezes almost as fast.There's an O.G. store - Ching's - two minutes down the road with bare essentials as well as liquor. Very close to them is Kaya's Store. Not good, but inside the store is Kaya's Kitchen with some huge breakfast dishes. This is where you should get your Loco Moco. You gotta do this if you're in Hawaii. You don't have to get a Loco Moco here, but you gotta get it somewhere. The only downside - and it's the only downside - is that there's no AC. Just two ceiling fans and three stand up fans. We would just move the fans into the bedroom at night, take a quick ocean dip, go in and take a cold shower and hit the hay. And we did this during the hottest month of the year out here, thanks to NCL canceling our May cruise for routine maintenance. But that's a whole other story. Get this condo. You won't be sorry.

Great beach just steps away from condo

I would stay again. Very casual and equipped with snorkeling gear. Definetely could use simple blackout curtains for the person who sleeps on the daybed or expect to be up at 6am. The one bedroom is great and big and dark but we had to switch off who got the bright room and up with the rooster! With black out curtains - I give it a 9, otherwise still a 8!

Unmatched scenery

If you are looking to get out of the touristy Waikiki I highly recommend this place. It came with everything you need to have a fun couple days on the beach and a nice deck to escape the sun. This is a more “country” part of the island so don’t expect a perfect resort. But it was clean and cozy. I would definitely come back.

Wonderful piece of paradise

This property was perfect for wanting to be on the beach and away from the city. It was close enough to get to anywhere on the island within 45 min to an hour. The scenery was picturesque and the condo was in great condition and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic

The property is very close to the beach where turtles sun bathe every morning. We also saw a monk seal playing in the water, and we were only there 2 nights. The ocean was very calm and crystal clear. There is a box with snorkel gear on the porch, plenty of beach towels and beach umbrellas. The kitchen is stocked with pantry basics and much more compared to many rentals I have stayed in.

Fabulous place off the beaten path

This older but clean, cozy, fully stocked, lovely condo without all the fancy amenities was perfect for us. We loved being on a private beach with quaint towns and shopping nearby. Host was very responsive to our needs and questions.

oahu vacation

Over all this is a good place to stay. Our condo was on the ground level. It was right by where everyone gets there mail, Keys ect. the bedroom was is the front where everyone seems to congragate, right out side the bedroom window. It was very LOUD ! people talking, and slamming there doors, no privacy. I did see a sigh on the building that said quite but people seemed to ignor it. Could of used better airconditioning other than fans.Wish I would of known about the construction on the building that was going on. But overall it was a nice place to stay with beautiful views !!!
