Zac was not used , heat worked. PTAC unit blew dust when turned on.The first room I checked into had a faulty door and was discovered when I got locked out of the room and went to the front desk. Was moved to another room . Not the most pleasant of stays. Fees were charged for damages that never occurred, and I have yet to receive a refund. Will never stay here again.

Bathroom shower curtain was nasty. Stained and old. Staff walked in my room without knocking, I was laying in bed when this happened. What happened with knocking? I had the sign outdoor my door as well. Supposed to be non smoking and you can smell cigarettes a few rooms down from me. Never will i stay there again

My fiancé had to walk up stairs didn’t recall any stairs mentioned he is a disabled veteran who has had several knee replacement! We were given a gesture to leave the property without a refund. To contact third party! Hostess wasn’t pleasant! And let your people know about there $150.00 DEPOSIT before they check in because they don’t give confirmation you were there and not all people carry extra funds to get robbed all the time! We made the best of our stay even thought them knees on fire!

Room had unusual odor, charged fees in addition to room charge, tub was dirty, room needs repair, has second floor but no elevator. Bed was hard food tolerable.
