This Third floor condo offers sweeping majestic views over the manicured resort grounds and pools to Ka'anapali Beach. The magnificent vistas extend over the beach and the Auau and Kalohi Channels to the island of Lanai beyond. The sunsets are spectacular year round from the spacious lanai. Watch whales frolic in season directly from the lanai and condo.

#325 Konea overlooks the quiet pool, which allows you to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings and the sunsets.
Dine on the lanai or inside the condo. The wall of folding Nana doors can be opened and the lanai space can be incorporated seamlessly into the living area.

TAX
The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 18.712% to be paid on all transient accommodations. Taxes are identified on the reservation confirmation. (Subject to change);

Taxes are paid to the state of Hawaii and County of Maui based on the guest’s dates of stay. Any changes to the current tax rate will be charged or refunded to the guests depending on the increase or decrease.

OCCUPANCY:
Additional Guests of any age (infants and toddlers included) are strictly prohibited without prior approval. If approved, a fee of $100+tax per day will be added to the reservation for each additional guest.
One infant is allowed without additional fees.

Bed Split Fee:
$50 plus tax for the option to split the bed in the guest bedroom.

Mid Stay Clean: ******All stays of over 13 nights require a mid stay clean. The mid stay cleaning fee is $300 plus tax and fees and must be paid prior to guest's arrival******

A truly exceptional property. We were accompanied by our adult children and their partners for a family vacation. Everyone let out a collective "wow" when we first walked in and saw the wonderfully appointed family room and its view. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were clean. The kitchen and island were set up nicely and we were able to store lots of food and drinks in the large refrigerator. We enjoyed our mornings drinking coffee on the lanai while taking in the ocean view and the well manicured grounds. An added bonus was the small market just off the lobby. Pool towels were readily available and we ate several meals at Duke's. Highly recommended.

This was our families 5th stay on maui. This condo was great for an extended family. Very comfortable. Overall excellent location. The only thing that was not great is the ocean swimming out front of the resort- its fine for some playing around and body surfing, but is not good for swimming and snorkeling- better to either go down past black rock or north to napili, fletcher or slaughtehouse.

The property was great and the whole family enjoyed the location and all the amenities. The property owner was very responsive to our needs as there were a couple things that needed to be addressed during our stay. The only small item that would need attention down the road is the patio furniture on the lanai is aging. Again, we had a wonderful time at this property!

We spent a week at the condo and thoroughly enjoyed the resort, amenities and unit. I hope to return next year. It's an amazing place to take kids. The food trucks were wonderful and Duke's was great too. There's a grocery store across the street and small market on site. The gym was nice and we just really relaxed and enjoyed the view and family time. Highly recommend if you have kids or not!

Very nice condo with an exceptional view. The location was great with lots to do and shopping close by. Dukes offers great food and there are plenty of food trucks within walking distance. Pools were amazing and the beach .Highly recommend this place.

The listing was just as described with accurate photos. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds and linens very comfortable. We so enjoyed the Lani and people watching. We find this unit to also be very quiet. I had 1 question and the manager responded with in 30 minutes.

Perfect place for a family and awesome location

This unit was spacious, clean, and right in the middle of resort. Views were great. Open spaces, had great time sitting around with family around dining table and deck. The owner Fereshteh was so friendly and responsive to questions leading up to our stay. Parking was very easy, even if garage was full it was easy to find a spot right outside. Beach was great. Kids loved the pools and slide. It was fun to walk over to all the food trucks in evening. We were very happy we stayed here.

Trip to Maui with extended family

This was our 4th trip to Maui, and 3rd time staying Honau Kai. This was our largest group yet, 3 young kids plus 2 grandparents so we booked this 3-bedroom unit. As in the past, a beautiful property, great location and family-friendly. The property manager was excellent, keeping in touch with regular emails. She was also very helpful when the keypad code on the unit door spontaneously reset. She called me within minutes of my text and had the issue dealt with. Lots of space to have grandparents sleep in 1 bedroom on one side of the unit; 2 boys had shared a room, and we had the baby with us. Unit came with highchair and pack safe as advertised. Kitchen was great - 2 ovens! Everything you need in the kitchen. Fantastic views of the main courtyard and the ocean, easy to see sunsets as well as whale activity. Would stay again next time we go.

Family Trip

I would say this was exactly as advertised. The views were great, the pool was not over crowed. the condo was very nice and very comfortable. All good, nothing bad. I would recommend this to anybody with a family of 6.
