My family stayed for a week at this property. Although communication with the property management company was good and they were prompt in responding, the overall condition of the condo was disappointing. The listing over emphasized the quality of the condo. There was a glass closet door missing from the second bedroom, another one wasn't on the track properly. The main bathroom had stains in the bathtub, the shower curtain was stained and appeared dirty. In the master bathroom the shower curtain was stained. The fridge was missing a cover to one of the drawers. Several of the dishes and cutlery were not clean, however, had been put away. You could open the window in the master bedroom, however it was difficult to do, to hear the waves, but the windows were very dirty and hard to look out. The couch had several stains on the cushions and really needs a deep clean. The patio furniture seemed very old and in need of replacing. My kids enjoyed the pool, and we did watch the sunset from the beach a couple of nights. We had just come from another condo in Maui, and compared to that one, this one fell short for us.

Everything was perfect. Beach was just steps away and perfect view from the patio.. The kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils we needed for cooking, not that we did much, but we could have if we wanted to.! The property is quiet in the evening and very restful. We quite enjoyed the property, great view down the beach and on the shady side of the building. One floor down on stairs (or elevator) and 50 steps and you are on the beach to watch the sunset. Groceries just across the street, lots of easy parking, nice grounds and access to walk to adjacent properties. Make a reso well in advance for Dukes, which is also in walking distance.

The over all stay was very nice. The only issue I had was the safe was broken and the bed room windows were welded closed. The bed rooms were stuffy and hot. I was looking forward to hearing the ocean and getting the cool breeze when I went to bed. Thank you.

Very nice condo at a great location. Relaxing pool - Beach is a little rocky in areas but overall nice - we ended up near Black Rock Cliff for cliff jumping/snorkeling/ better beach area - short drive. There were chairs/boogie board/toys/cooler which made going to the beach great. Washer/Dryer in unit was awesome. Loved our stay.
