The Mahana at Kaanapali Unit 317, Lahaina, Maui

We are trying to capture the essence of resort living with the cool and casual style of Tommy Bahama's new lines of furniture. Fully stocked gourmet kitchens with brand new appliances, bathroom with dual sinks (a rarity with one-bedroom suite), washer and dryer will make sure that you will feel pampered and relaxed after an active day at the beach.

Stroll our mile-long stretch of beach, snorkel just offshore, relax at the oceanfront swimming pool. Explore West Maui's many beaches and bays, championship golf course in Kapalua, fine shopping at Whalers Village.

Instead of purchasing a condo that was partially upgraded to the previous owner's taste or budget, we selected this condo because we can start with a clean slate. The materials, appliances, and furniture we chose are the reflection of our desire to have a luxury oasis for our guests, or when we visit. My wife hates it when we spent our hard-earned money on vacation and stay at a place that is not nicer than our own home. Therefore, we are doing our best to make sure that our guests enjoy the inside of our unit as much as they are enjoying the beautiful, well-kept ground at the Mahana or the spectacular ocean view.

Here are what you will be enjoying when you stay at our newly remodeled unit. We break the bank but you won't have to. :-)

Enjoy your breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the lanai with comfortable Janus et Cie’s outdoor dining set. Ceiling fan with light keeps you comfortable on the hottest day.

Duke's Restaurant and Bar is steps away next door and right on the beach. Java Jazz, five minutes walk away, is a local favorite that serves breakfast and dinner with live music.

Property and amenities very much as described. Very very clean. Quality furnishings, updated and very comfortable. Quyen was always quick to respond.The location of the condo on the third floor in our opinion was perfect. Very convenient to access the pool and bbq areas. The generallocation of the complex was also very convenient for accessing nearby grocery store, restaurants, food truck plaza, Dukes, and most importantly the beach. The view and access to the beach, surf, and ocean cannot be beat! It was spectacular! So convenient to snorkel or just lounge. We also spent lots of time on the lanai. We will be back. The views are incredible. The place is immaculate and very well furnished with so many extras that most owners never consider providing, but make life easier when on vacation. Walking distance to grocery, food trucks and good restaurants. The beach across for swimming is very close. Out front is not ideal for swimming but it is less than 100 yards to a swim beach. There were two large adult green turtles that came ashore for a rest twice, right in front of the condo. Spectacular to see. We weren't their during whales, but I can only imagine the views and show they must put on right there. The bed, linens, furniture were all comfortable. Slept well. The kitchen very well laid out. Ate in for most breakfast and some dinners and always had an easy time. Highly recommend

The views are even better than the pictures.

From the moment we walked in the residence was pristine. The views are simply spectacular. Watching the waves and the reef with turtles crawling up to lay eggs, all viewed from the comfort of the couch. But the best of all were the brilliant sunsets. Simply incredible. We changed our dinner reservations to 7:45 to make sure we watched sunsets from the lanai. We also really appreciated the Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella. Using these we visited many of the local beaches. Napili Beach was one of our favourites.Also, the food trucks were less than a 4 min walk open 5 to 8:30 pm were fantastic for when you just want some great food and variety. Simply a wonderful, clean, beautiful place to stay with lots to do nearby. My wife and agree it was our favourite vacation yet.

Amazing Condo

Our stay at Mahana was incredible. The condo was absolutely perfect, beautifully decorated and super clean. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything you could possibly need which made prepping/cooking meals a breeze. It was also so helpful having easy access to a washer and dryer! The ocean view from the condo was outstanding and made enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine that much better!! The building’s amenities were great too, pool area was nicer than expected and we loved having access to a grill. It’s a home away from home. The location was perfect and it was really easy to get around. We hope to visit Maui again in the future and would 100% stay here again!

Unforgettable Honeymoon Location

This condo was perfect for my honeymoon for 5 days. It is right on a beautiful beach and part of a very nice condo-resort. Centrally located to a bunch of nearby food/restaurants. The sunset is amazing. 10/10 would recommend!

We have been going to Hawaii for more years than I want to say!! This is the most awesome unit ever!! It is so close to the ocean and beach. I so enjoy listening to the waves. The owner is very responsive and takes great care of the unit. This was our second visit to this unit and we will go again.

Loved the view!

My husband and I stayed here for 11 nights and loved everything about it! We scoped out the other properties and resorts while we were in the Kaanapali area, and we feel like we got the best spot. The condo has a perfect view of the sunset every night and has a great view all day long. Quyen is a lovely host! We enjoyed using the tennis and snorkeling equipment that was included so we didn't have to rent it or bring it with us. We also appreciated that the kitchen was fully equipped even down to tinfoil and Tupperware so we didn't have to purchase those items at the store. 100% would recommend and stay here again if we ever venture back to Maui!

Even better than the pictures!!!

Wow! You will not find a property with a better view closer to the ocean!. The condo building is low key, easily accessible, and is easily the closest building to the ocean of any property we saw in the area. It's like being on a cruise ship it is so close!The property is directly adjacent to the beach walk boardwalk that stretches for 3.5 miles to the south.As vacation home owners ourselves, hats off to these owners, the condo is well apportioned and thought out. Check in was easy!

Adjacent to resort with Duke's restaurant, making it a short 2 minute walk. Better beach access and views than resort, and more privacy.Be aware that the LR photo is a bit deceiving d/t wall of mirrors. Great shower, a/c and ice/water in fridge door.
