I liked the coffee station. It was fresh ground by the cup and was good. The breakfast was good, but what really shined was the staff. Each one was extremely friendly and personable and very helpful when we had questions. I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others.

We were very happy with this hotel. The only issues was the mattress for the pull out couch was awful. It was lumpy, sagging, and incredibly uncomfortable. We would have been better just sleeping on the hard couch cushions.

We had an early Hockey game and didn't stay for breakfast. NO COFFEE POT IN THE ROOM WAS THE DEAL BREAKER. We booked this hotel so the kids could enjoy the pool and it was closed. I also found a used band aid on the floor in room. We will be staying at another hotel

UPON COMPLETION of check in we were informed that the pool was out of operation which was the main reason we chose this hotel. I was informed after I had signed the paper and paid the deposit. Upon entering the room the heat was completely off. It was COLD ! Given it’s only 25 degrees outside. What happened to leaving the heat on a moderate setting so you’re not walking into a cold room ? There are no room darkening curtains so we were up with the birds and the sheer curtain was tattered and torn. But it did at least go up and down properly. When I contacted the third party app where I booked the room the agent was informed that I had been notified of the pool prior to check in. If you consider the end stage of check in prior to than that is correct. Their explanation of the heat was that the thermostat is located on the wall. There’s no excuse to not leave the rooms set at a moderate temperature so they’re not cold upon entry. A stink bug crawled in my husbands foot while laying on the bed. The sausage and biscuits were so dry they could have been left to sit in the warmers all night long. We travel to this area several times a year to visit family. I WILL NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN. Our 9 y/o daughter was so disappointed to not be able to swim. The pool and breakfast are my top two requirements in choosing a hotel. We were told the pool went down suddenly the day before my scheduled check in. Plenty of time for a message to be sent informing us of this.

Overall a good stay, despite problems with stink bugs in our room that caused us to move to a different room. The front desk person, Dawn, responded to the problem well.
