The house is located in Hasenfeld a popular district of Heimbach on the edge of the National Park Nordeifel. Every year, the chamber music festival "Tensions" in the Art Nouveau power plant is organized, which is only a few hundred meters from the house and thus within easy walking distance. The landscape photographs in the description have been created near the holiday home. You can start hiking in the Eifel directly at the house. Also in the wider area there are many destinations and a wonderful landscape. Not far from the house you can take a boat trip on the Rursee, to Rurberg or Woffelsbach, on the other side of the lake. The Nürburgring is about 70km and day trips to Trier, Koblenz, to the Mosel, to Aachen or Cologne and also to Holland, Belgium or Luxembourg are easily possible. The hosts have tried to think of everything and to equip the house with everything needed for a pleasant stay. In the upper floor are three bedrooms with shutters and a bathroom with bathtub. On the lower floor there is another bathroom with shower, the spacious fully equipped kitchen, the living room, the dining room and the conservatory, from where you can access the garden via a staircase. In the basement are the washing machine and the dryer and also from there you get into the garden. The garden of the house is quiet and offers privacy to relax, to grill and to sit comfortably together. The property is fenced. If it gets cooler in the evening, you can dodge in the large conservatory and still enjoy the atmosphere of the garden.
